Beautifully furnished and decorated, you can rent all or part of it. Yes, you can have it all! Located in Coral Vistas, directly on the beach on Half Moon Bay, this house has amazing wraparound ocean views in every direction, is quiet and private, yet just a block from the center of town. This is a brand new luxury villa, with central AC, backup generator, granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, hardwood and tile floors and trim, Egyptian cotton sheets, and many other amenities--see the complete list of features below. With 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, gourmet kitchen, eating bar, living and dining rooms, spacious shaded veranda with outdoor living and dining areas and infinity pool; you can truly make this your place in paradise. With this central beachfront location you do not need to rent a car, though you easily can. Our rates include air conditioning, sea kayaks, cell phone, airport meeting, and weekly cleaning, so it’s a great value. There are one king and two queen bedroom suites, each with ocean view, balcony, and full bath. The fourth bedroom has a twin and queen beds, ocean view and balcony, and is next to the fourth bathroom. The house can be rented as a 4BR house, or two of the bedrooms can be locked out making it a 2BR house, or you can rent just a lockout bedroom or two. There is also an optional inflatabed, so the house can sleep 10 people if necessary. Two of the best restaurants in town and a boat dock are just steps away. Walk a block to the main street and you are in the center of town, with a taxi stand, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, dive shops, and gift shops right there.
