Park & Bike is a spacious bright two-story apartment with a partial view of Rembrandt Park. Ideally located since you will have a peaceful and comfortable location while also maintaining a city presence. Within two blocks there is not only a good grocery store but also ATM’s, pharmacy, bike rental shop, bakery, restaurants, cafes, etc. If you walk from the apartment you can reach Vondelpark in ten minutes. Should you decide to take the tram one of its stops is but 2 minutes away. You can reach either the heart of the city - Leidseplein, or the Jordaan in approximately 10-15 minutes by either tram or bike. Another five minutes will get you to Dam Square.
Downstairs there is a living room with a comfortable red velvet couch, two armchairs, coffee table, double sofa bed, large flat screen and a bookcase stuffed with dvd’s, cd’s, maps, guides and books. On the other side of the living room there is a dinning table and six chairs. There is also the fully equipped semi-open kitchen and a balcony where you can smoke if you so wish. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a big bathroom with a WC, two sinks, a separate shower, separate tub, and a washing machine.

Sono stata in questo appartamento ad agosto 2012 con 5 amici e devo dire che si è rivelato ideale per noi! Molto spazioso, confortevole, bello, tranquillo e molto comodo per visitare la città (le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono vicinissime e bastano 10 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam). Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il calore e la disponibilità di Stefania! Al nostro arrivo ci ha dato moltissime informazioni e consigli sulla città, anche su posti e locali caratteristici...infine, nulla da dire sull'efficienza del servizio! About the owner: I grew up in Italy but moved to Amsterdam in 2000. I fell in love with the city and bought this home in 2002. One day I decided to transform it in a B&B and I liked it so much that I gave up my job and started my own company for short stays. I now manage apartments of other owners as well. I really like hosting travellers in this great city! I will welcome you with a lovely map and give you plenty of tips about what to do, where to go... as if you were a local ;-) You'll feel really at home in this apartment!!!
Why the Owner Chose Amsterdam:
I fell in love with this apartment the first time I viewed it, after I had seen sooo many! First of all it's bright, with windows on both sides. Then it's in a lovely green area of Amsterdam, nearby 2 parks. An only 10-15 minutes by bike or tram from anywhere! And parking with the car is great, and motorway not to far.

You'll find that this house is sooo comfy: you'll feel at home straght away! Very well connected to both airport and city centre. Rental bike shop just on the corner, open on Sunday!!! It's quiet and in a lovely green area: 2 parks and great restaurants nearby. Plenty of dvd's with mega flat screen, books, guides, fast wireless internet, and you'll never need to buy the basic to cook! Great kitchen by the way! And large bathroom with comfy bath tub and separate shower.
