Welcome to the Summit! Come on in, put your feet up, and make yourself at home in our 1 bedroom unit located on the 13th floor, unit is located on the beach at The Summit, 8743 Thomas Drive. As you step out onto the balcony, you will be faced with the most beautiful view of sugar white beaches on the Gulf. We strive on maintaining our condo and providing all the comforts of home.
There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom, built-in bunks in the hall, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living area.The unit also has full kitchen and all utensils are supplies. They come complete with microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes and kitchen ware.
Free use of internet acess (located in lobby)or connect to free WIFI using your own computer in your condo; two large swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pools, hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), Tiki Bar, restaurant, game room, snack/gift shop, ice-cream parlor, exercise rooms (co-ed), sauna's (men's and women's) and tennis courts.

Had a wonderful stay at The Summit. There are so many things to do that the kids weren't begging to go somewhere else the whole time we were there so we really got to enjoy the beach and relax for a change. The room was just perfect for us. I loved the decor, lighthouses everywhere. We will be back ASAP for our next beach trip.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
