Beautiful new Family Friendly Condo, with 1800 sq. feet, spacious rooms with high ceilings, lovely decorated. The large open gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cook stove island and covered patio is a pleasure for cooking and entertaining. The wonderful split floor plan has two large masters with great privacy. One master has large shower and double sinks.

This condo is in the heart of Horseshoe Bay just off Horseshoe Bay Blvd., next door to the Marriott.

We have a total of three units which share a common court yard...can accommodate approximately twenty guest for weddings and large family gatherings. Lake LBJ is a breathtaking constant level lake for boating, skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, with phenomenal fishing. The Marina and Yacht Club and the LBJ Marina and Yacht Club offer rentals, with the Granite Beach and Waterpark fun for all. The golf is spectacular in the area.

San Antonio is 90 minutes away, with the famed RiverWalk, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and the Alamo. Schlitterbalm Water Park, the nations top water park as ranked by the Travel Channel,is located only 45 minutes away.

Horseshoe Bay is only 45 minutes from Austin, with live music venues and eclectic cultureand great resturants. Fredricksburg is south 60 minutes with antiquing and unique shops and eateries. The Texas Hill Country is a must-see, and our condos offer a truly special place to come relax and play.

  • This is our second visit to one of your properties at Horseshoe Bay...and it was just as great as the first! Looks like it's brand new and so very spacious! We really enjoyed the large private patio..and it's just a short walk to the Marriott. Thanks again for making our stay so perfect!

  • We rented this unit for a spring break vacation with our grandchildren. This is a great location - just minutes from anywhere in the Hill Country. The layout of these condos is terrific for family fun and mini vacations.

  • We spent 2 months in the unit and found it very comfortable! Beautiful kitchen! My husband enjoyed the lanai. We would definitely stay there again.

  • We rented two of these units for a golf trip and they were wonderful. Very nice units that are above average in amenities, kitchen is nice and user friendly, open spaces add to the feel luxury. Great location also.
