Absolutely unbelievable value and unforgettable views! Your views of the world are all around you as the sights up on the 22nd floor are simply incredible and impossible to match.
This three bedroom, 1,600 square foot accommodation sits atop the 22nd of 24 floors and is professionally furnished and appointed as a luxury Penthouse, not just a "run of the mill" rental unit. You, your family, and friends will enjoy 5-star accommodations, experiencing comfort, luxury, laughter, and views that will have you saying, "We should have stayed longer" or "When can we come back!" All of this at much less than what you would pay for a single room at the Marriott.
The condo has been highly upgraded and hosts beautiful upgraded 20" porcelain tile installed on the diagonal throughout the common areas and upgraded carpet placed throughout the bedrooms. The condo is also upgraded with GE Stainless Steel appliances and even the chandeliers, sconces, and ceiling fans have been replaced to create the most beautiful and stylish appeal. A full size washer/dryer is also provided.
The family room features a queen-size sleeper sofa surrounded by two large oversized chairs that will provide plenty of seating for the family and guests. Enjoy your favorite movie or surf the channels while watching HDTV on the 42" Phillips Ambilight Flat-panel LCD HDTV and Phillips HD DVD player. You will be able to stay connected to the world through the wireless Internet connection which has a powerful signal no matter where you are within the condo.
The dining room includes a 60" glass table that comfortably seats six adults with additional seating available at the built-in bar and a gorgeous chandelier overhead is controlled through a gentle dimmer.
The kitchen has been fully appointed with stainless steel GE appliances, Cuisine Art stainless steel pots, pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine and even margarita glasses. The stemware, dinnerware, and flatware are very high quality...the quality you would want in your own home. If you are the Rachael Ray type or Emeril, you simply will feel right at home in the kitchen.
You will definitely not miss your own home's bed and pillows as these beds have been outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. The master bedroom has a King Sleigh bed adorned in 400 thread-count sheets and lots and lots of comfy pillows. A wide screen LCD HDTV sits atop the full length dresser and mirror. You will wake up to the views of the incredible Gulf of Mexico right from your own bed. Gently take in the morning as you step outside onto the patio and enjoy your coffee, paper, and soothing sounds of the ocean.
The master bathroom includes a large stand-up, upgraded rainfall showerhead that will leave you feeling invigorated, just like you left a spa. The soaking tub and huge double vanity fit in nicely and there is plenty of room to get ready in the morning.
Your guests will not feel jealous of you residing in the master suite as their accommodations are extremely nice as well. The guest room includes a queen size pillow top bed, exquisite linens, flat panel wide screen HDTV, private bath and shower/tub, and private patio with views overlooking the Gulf, Destin, 18-hole golf course, and serene Choctawhatchee Bay.
The third bedroom hosts a twin over full size bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 3 children or another couple. The kids will be able to enjoy their own favorite DVD as the room includes a 21" TV/DVD combo unit that is perfect for those days when its time to let the kids have "their own time." All these fine touches set this home apart from the rest.
The 420 square foot wrap around balconies have comfortable oversized wicker patio furniture to help you enjoy gorgeous sunsets and your favorite bottle of wine. Our west facing views are simply breathtaking and you will absolutely love being on top of the world.
We have also upgraded the home with an advanced keyless entry door codes so there will never be any hassles with dysfunctional swipe keys or lock boxes. We will furnish you your own personal key touch door code for your vacation.
The two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains. The pool is gently graded for easy entry. The surrounding community of Seascape also offer tennis courts and an affordable 18-hole golf course where you can rent clubs or simply bring the young ones out and hit some golf balls at the driving range.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched!
