You won’t find a better view anywhere! We are right on Lake Dillon, a third-floor condominium, with lake views from both bedrooms and the balcony. We are located less than 10 minutes from Keystone/Arapahoe and 20 minutes from Breckenridge/Copper. If you are not a skier, we are just a few minutes from a Yacht Club, where you can rent boats, kayaks, etc., for your favorite water sport. We are just a few feet from a paved bike trail that goes all around the lake.
Even though you are in a natural paradise, the City Market (food store) and the Movie Theatres are less than a five-minute drive from the condominium. Also, a local theater (live actors) and many restaurants are less than five minutes away. It is okay if you don’t have a car, because the Summit Stage Shuttle provides free transportation from Dillon to the ski resorts and a nearby Factory Outlet Mall.
We have a queen and full-size beds in one bedroom and a king and bunk beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We also have a fully supplied (with non-food items) kitchen, if you choose to cook yourself. The condominium is newly remodeled and decorated. You can get free DSL wireless connection in the lobby of our building, which is furnished with a couch and table. There are washing machines available on the first floor, as well as a hot tub and outdoor pool (pool only available in the summer). If you have a baby, we have a porta-crib and a booster seat.

Everything about our stay in Dillon was perfect, starting with the beautiful condo, comfortable beds, breathtaking views, convenient location, activities to suit any age or interest, and the attention to detail given by the owner (Patti). We were there over the 4th of July week and were not dissapointed. There were many things to do within easy walking distance from the condo, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, boat rentals, ampitheater, lake, etc. The fireworks shows and the tribute to our military at the ampitheater were memories that will never be forgotten! Patti, the owner is first class, she was available to help us out and answer any of our questions whenever we needed her. The condo was beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in, and the views were breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying at this condo, you cant go wrong. If all of VRBO's properties and owners were like this one, the hotel industry would be in BIG trouble!

Our family was there for the month of July. The condo has a GREAT view from the balcony. The pictures she has posted don't do the condo justice. The owner ( Patti) is great to work with she goes out of her way to meet your needs and then some. The pool is heated to 84 degrees, which makes it not too cold to enjoy during the day since it does get rather chilly at night. Dillon is located about an hour or two from some of the greatest views you could ask to see. There is a lot of activities for people of all ages to enjoy.The month went better than we could have hoped for, we would recommend it to any one looking for a great place to spend your vacation.

When my family and I first arrived at the condo we were thrilled with the accomodations. The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs and the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and spacious. There were games and videos provided for those cold nights. The owner left all sorts of pamphlets for a variety of restaurants and activities. There are walking paths to enjoy and a great park for the kids right outside your door. Most importantly we felt comfortable, and for a family of 5 that says a lot. We had a great experience.

I have stayed at this condo two times, for very different occasions, and each time I had a great experience. The first time my family went, including four children, ranging from 1-11. Everyone slept comfortably, we ate meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and took walks to the nearby park with play structures, overlooking the lake with its majestic mountains as a backdrop. Breathtaking! The second time I went with a group of women friends. We enjoyed the night life of Dillon, from a delicious hibatchi dinner to drinks at a local bar. During the day we took a vigorous walk from a trail head in Dillon to Frisco where we enjoyed a fresh, organic meal at one of the cafes. There truly is everything to do at this location, any season, with family or friends. The owners are friendly, responsible, easy-to-work-with folks who want to make sure your needs are met and stay is enjoyable. I say so much here because it is through tesimonials that you learn the real deal. (Wish we had checked testimonials first on some other places we've stayed at, but live and learn.) This place is a definite winner!

What a perfect place. Everything was just as described... but better! Perfect location, perfect beds, incredible view... I could go on and on, but if I do, you will book here and it might not be available when I want to come back (smile) Seriously - this is a fantastic place to relax.
