This condo has been completely remodeled including all brand new furniture, appliances and electronics.
This is true luxury from the natural stone fireplace and slate walkway to walnut flooring and granite countertops and a marble stone bathroom.
The complex offers an awesome heated pool and large Jacuzzi.
All linen including towels, face cloths, sheets and blankets are provided.
There is a convenient locked closet outside to store all of your skis, boots and gear as well as a large hall used as a mud-room at the front door to store coats, hats, and gloves.
This unit is steps away from the parking lot on the second floor and located right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort so that you can walk to the slopes and be skiing within minutes.
The free public transport route to the Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley and the Canyons Ski areas runs right in front of the condo and stops only a few steps from the front door for ultimate convenience.
Step out onto your condo lodging balcony and enjoy fantastic mountain views!
Directly across the street is the Park City Golf Course which contains miles of groomed cross country skiing trails.
Running trails and Park City Mountain is across the street for easy access to hiking in the summer.
Starbucks, Grocery shopping at major supermarkets and a movie theatre is located two blocks from the condo lodging.
Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 25% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies January 1st through April 15th, excluding Sundance).

The condo was great. My teenage son and I really enjoyed the convenience of being just a short walk away from the Park City slopes. A Starbucks and Fresh Market grocery store were also just two blocks away. The amenities were excellent- granite countertops, a fireplace, and big screen TV. The hot tub and pool were also great, and often we were the only people in them. I slept on the queen bed in the bedroom and my teenage son slept on the pull out couch, which was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful, and the convenient location of the condo made our Sundance trip all the better. The shuttle stop was right in front of the building, with a 24 hour 7-Eleven across the street. Inside was exactly was promised. Clean and modern!

Perfect condo! The location was great, especially if you are there during ski season, as it is walking distance to the lifts. The condo was spotless, and the rooms were furnished so beautifully!! I especially loved the fireplace. The owner, Joe, made the rental process so easy and was wonderful before, during, and after the rental. This place comes HIGHLY recommended! Thanks Joe for a great experience.

Park City is adorable and this place can’t be beat! Cute and clean. Walk to the slopes, TV in bedroom, great kitchen and cozy fireplace. This is a very high end and finshed condo on a quiet street. I would highly recommend.

As I am making preparations for this season's getaway, I am reminded of the week we spent in Park City several months ago and wanted to write this over due review. In short, it was a wonderful week and the success of the vacation was due in large part to our choice in accommodation. the location of this place is unbeatable - you feel like you are living on the mountain (you can literally walk to the ski lifts!), yet it also quiet, private and modern. From a convenience standpoint, it has this outdoor ski & gear closet that made coming and going to the slopes incredibly easy. The views are amazing and the place itself is both gorgeous and immaculately prepared on arrival. I would return in a second (in fact we are) and recommend to friends for sure!

Our stay here was amazing. The unit was meticulous and comfortable. The TV in the bedroom was a sweet bonus as most units we looked at did not offer this. Also having a full dishwasher really was handy. We were able to walk to the slopes in less time than if we had to get into the car drive park and unload. We will stay another time!

The condo is located in a great spot. Close to both the resort and the free bus line. It would be great for skiers. I liked the wood burning fireplace and the balcony. I saw 2 moose pass by on the road below the balcony. The kitchen was fine for everything we needed. There were only a couple of things we didn't care for; the bed was very soft and quite noisy, and many of the cable channels were too fuzzy to view. All in all, I would recommend this property to a friend.
Owner response:The cabel has been upgraded to digital and works perfectly with the new boxes and TV's. The bed will have a new mattress and has been tightened as it was new furniture and the installer did not have all bolts tight. Thx for the review!
