This roomy and comfortable one bedroom Snowcrest Condominium is located right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort so that you can walk to the slopes and be skiing within minutes. The condominium is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the complex with tranquil mountain views from the balcony. This unit is not on a busy street. The free public transport route to the Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley and the Canyons Ski areas runs right in front of the condo and stops only a few steps from the front door for ultimate convenience.
All paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) will be provided as well as dishwashing soap, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, and bar soap.
All linen including towels, face cloths, sheets and blankets are provided also.
This condominium offers an awesome heated pool and large Jacuzzi, a wood burning fireplace, wireless high speed internet service and a fully equipped kitchen.
Step out onto your condo lodging balcony during the summer or winter and enjoy fantastic mountain views! Directly across the street from your condo is the Park City Golf Course for your summer fun. During the winter the golf course contains miles of groomed cross country skiing trails. Grocery shopping at major supermarkets and a movie theatre is located two blocks from the condo lodging.
There is cable TV in the living room, DVD player,and stereo/CD player.
This clean and comfortable one bedroom condominium can sleep a maximum of five people with a queen bed,a sleep sofa, and a rollaway twin bed.
The dining area offers a kitchen table that sits four people comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pans, plates, utensils, ect.
There is a convenient locked closet outside to store all of your skis, boots and gear as well as a large hall used as a mud-room at the front door to store coats, hats, and gloves.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. Running trails and the mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.
Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 25% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December first through April 15th). |
