Being on the GROUND LEVEL/first floor, the condo has an ATTACHED GARAGE for easy access/entry for handicapped tenants. This condo is turn-key and has all amenities for stay-at-home dining and/or entertainment with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHER & DRYER, central AIR CONDITIONING and island decor furnishings.   • We have just returned home from a wonderful 13 day stay in Kauai. Our time was definitely enhanced by our accomodation. This unit is in an ideal location, well appointed and comfortable, close to all attractions and the wonderful community of Hanalei. After many hours sightseeing, lazing on gorgeous beaches or marvelling at unsurpassed scenery it was a pleasure to return to this well maintained complex; the unit with its ground floor location is close to the pool/spa and outdoor barbeques (which we used most nights). On our arrival we were very pleased to find that the unit matched its written description and reflected the pictures on the website; the owners' instructions and communications were accurate, informative, prompt and very helpful.   • This condo is highly recommended. It has lovely and comfortable furnishings and a beautiful pool area in desirable Princeville location. We enjoyed our trip kayaking up the Wailua river to the Fern grotto and secret waterfall. Also, don't miss a guided tour at the exotic Hindu temple during your visit to Kauai.

  • From the moment I spoke to the owner, I knew this was going to be a great holiday. All dealings/questions were handled in a quick, professional and very friendly manner. The condo was totally comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We particularly loved the location - being on the ground floor made it so easy to enter/exit; within steps of the swimming pool (very clean) and in the desirable Princeville area. We felt quite safe staying in this condo complex. Beautiful scenery for early morning walks and within a few minutes drive to all amenities as well as ocean vistas. "Queen's Bath", a short hike away, was absolutely majestic! If we have the opportunity to return to the island, I only hope we can book this condo for our entire stay.   • My family and I had a great time in Kauai. We stayed at this condo for 12 days and loved it. The condo is still brand new and very nice. Kitchen was great, beds were very comfortable, great having a washer and dryer too. The master bath is huge. We enjoyed having the garage with the remote. The ground level entry was great. You walk out the back door and you are 100 feet from the pool with a waterfall and the large hot tub and barbeque grill which we used one night. We had other friends in Kauai with us who rented a house not far from us and the house was older but ok except most houses there were built without air conditioning. Even though it does cool down some in the evening the a/c in the condo took the humidity out of the air which made for much better sleeping at night, and we were there over Christmas and New Years. Highly reccomend this air conditioned condo. Baeutiful grounds, great new condo with all the ammenities in Princeville which is THE JEWEL of gardens in all of Kauai.   • Kauai is truly a amazing place in itself. But, finding a great condo to temporarily feel at home sweetens the whole package even more. With a perfect location on the north side of the island, this condo is in impeccable condition with everything you may need for your stay to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. Some of my personal favorites were the decked-out kitchen, wi-fi, cozy bedrooms, spacious baths, nearby pool, and Princeville grounds.

The owners provided us with not only a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, but they were also so helpful giving us a lot of useful information about Princeville. We were amazed at how much there was to do in the north side of Kauai. We stronly recommend the Kleinfelter's condo to anyone who is considering staying at a condo in Kauai.   • My girlfriend and I stayed at the Princeville condo in June and we couldn't have asked for better accomodations! This unit has everything we need and so much more--full funtioning kitchen, washer/dryer, and private patio definately a plus! The location was quiet, close to beached and the Princeville hotel, and Queen's Bath (a must see attraction)!! Plus, a very reasonable nightly rate--much cheaper than most the hotels in the area! We would reccommend staying here anytime!

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at the Princeville condo last June and we could have asked for a better experience! This unit is in perfect condition and has many amenities that you can't get at a hotel, with rates much more reasonable too. Full functioning kitchen, private patio, washer/dryer, and personal garage definately a plus! Close to beautiful beaches, Priceville Hotel, golf courses, Queen's Bath (a must see!)--we would definately recommend staying here!

  • My family and I stayed in this condo for one week during October '06. The condo is in pristine condition being brand new. This unit is beautifully furnished in a very tasteful yet comfortable style. Staying in this unit was more convenient and more comfortable than staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel. Highly recommended - we hope future guests treat it with care since we hope to return!
