This roomy and comfortable, three level, Payday Condominium is located right across the street from the Sliver Star Ski Lift, which is part of the Park City Mountain Resort. The condominium is located in a very quiet and peaceful area and setting with tranquil mountain views. The back yard leads leads to the City Golf Course, where you can golf in the summer or use the cross country trails in the winter. A free, clean public transport route to the Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley and the Canyons Ski areas, runs right in front of the condo for ultimate convenience.
This town-home condominium is one of a kind, as it has it's own pool table, a very private and brand new hot tub on outdoor deck, a great wood stove, a washer and dryer in the home, and wireless internet service throughout the home.
There is a large 32 inch cable TV in the living room, as well as a TV in both master suites, two DVD players, and stereo/CD player in the kitchen and pool table room.
This newly refurbished, spacious, three level condominium can sleep a maximum of eleven people comfortably, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two lofts.
The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa sleeper) area full bathroom, master suite( with queen bed, complete with cable TV, oversize closet, desk, and master bathroom, with it's own lock out.
The second floor has a pool table loft open to the downstairs and a CD stereo player, second master bedroom with queen bed and cable TV and DVD player, third bedroom with two twin beds, which may be pushed together for a king size bed, and a full bathroom.
The third floor has a loft bedroom, with bunk-beds plus a twin bed.
In conclusion, this condominium sleeps eleven people in 2 Queens, Twin/Twin, Bunk-beds plus Twin in loft, and sofa-sleeper.
The dining room offers dining for ten, plus two bar stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, new pans, new plates, utensils, and more, and a breakfast bar with stools.
There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. There is also a washer and dryer available.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. Running trails and the mountain is across the street, which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.

My condo is set in a very peaceful environment with many trees and mountain views. The condo is practically a ski in ski out home across from the Silver Star Ski lift.
