Our ground-floor, garden-view, two-bedroom condominium is furnished with all amenities. Covered walkways join the parking facility to the units, and covered walkways join the units. Privacy and security are assured in this gated complex with 24/7 guards at the entry.
While shopping and other activities are in walking distance of the complex, the adventurous can enjoy the local people transporters: motorized pedicabs or the famous Jeepneys, available just outside the complex. Visitors to the country will find driving in the urban areas daunting; but cars and vans for hire are extraordinarily reasonable and comfortable.
Air-conditioned Mega-Malls with stores and merchandise for every taste and budget are nearby, as are some historic sites, golf, and other entertainment.
The common clubhouse provides free wireless internet access; accepts reservations for parties and celebrations; offers catering and serves meals; has an exercise facility and recreational areas including basketball and table tennis; and adjoins the pool so parents can take advantage of the amenities while watching their children swim - or joining them in the pools. The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and clean.
