Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated home located in Long Key on the Atlantic Ocean side and with access to Florida Bay (Mile Marker # 68). Just an hour car ride from beautiful Key West. This home has a 50 foot concrete dock with a fish cleaning station. Bring your boat, great boat ramps are close by (Calussa Cove Marina).
The Long Key State Park is a short walk up where camping, swimming, birdwatching, snorkeling, hiking, canoeing, and many other activities are offered. The water of the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay provide some of the best diving and fishing in the world. World-Class fishing guides and dive boats are also available. The Long Key Viaduct, has proven to be one of the world's best places to catch a Tarpon.
There are many excellent restaurants within 10 minutes, and walking distance like the famous "Little Italy Restaurant", as well as shopping, and other "Keysey" attractions, like "The Theater of the Sea" that provides the opportunity for you to swim with the Dolphins, and Sea Lions. Property located close to Annes Beach (ocean side sandy beach with nature walk and pickning area. You can also feed the tarpons by Indian Key.
