This is an ideal mountain retreat! Most guests return every year! The house is perfect for 2 to 8 people, close in, ready to enjoy everything Vail has to offer. You are just a few minutes to the lifts in Vail Village on the free shuttle. The stop is just a 60 second walk from the front door. The house sits at the foot of Booth Falls Trail, a National Park Service trail that ascends up to waterfalls and a pristine alpine lake. It's perfect for summer and fall hiking and winter snow shoeing. The Vail Golf Course, tennis center, hiking trails and bike path are just moments away. You are less than 2 miles from the center of Vail Village, so there is always something fun to do, night and day!

Great mountain views from every room! The lower level has an open floor plan with a large dining area with formal seating for up to 8. There is comfortable and elegant living room seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV and music by the two story rock fireplace. There is a jacuzzi spa on the deck adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything necessary for entertaining. All stainless steel appliances. 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms are upstairs, with one room having it's own private balcony. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with balcony and a convertible single futon/chair. There are 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. There is also a double pullout sofa in the living room. There is a large laundry room with ski/boot storage. The house even has a garage- no need for removing snow from your car!

  • We come every year for Mardi Gras and it is the highlight of the year for our family. The house is perfect, lots of room, fireplace, hot tub, you don't even need a car. We love it and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  • Our family of 7 had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. The house has a very comfortable family room, plenty of parking and everything you need in a kitchen. It is steps to the Vail shuttle and only two stops from the village. Head home and relax in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We can't wait to come back next year!!

Ideal location: one bus stop from the vail village but perfectly removed from the traffic and the congestion. Property owner is very friendly, helpful, and really makes sure that everything is available for a great vacation.

  • Looking for a medium size home to vacation at in Vail? Me and 5 friends had an awesome time at this very clean, comfortable and secluded property located on the outskirts of Vail Village. You will have plenty of space to share the weekend, parking, shuttle access, along with a great hot tub and even better hot-water heater. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything available to cook an Emerald style meal :) I completely recommend this property to all locals and out-of-towners looking to get a taste of what Vail has to offer. ME

  • This is a great place! The views are spectacular. Really great location..short walk to bus...short ride to slopes. Great hot tub, comfy beds. Pretty much everything you need is right there. I'll definitely go again!
