This home is located in Downtown Beaufort's Old Point, and less that 8 miles from Parris Island. The house is less than 3 blocks from the water and all of the shops and restaurants of Downtown Beaufort. Our home is very unique and is truly one of a kind! Once the old “North Street Aquarium” this home has been completely renovated with tiled and hardwood floors, impressive antiques from Bali, Indonesia, and other Sea Islands of the world, and The kitchen is fully equipped, and has new stainless steel appliances. The house has a Master Suite with a king bed, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub, and a flat screen LCD TV. Two other bedrooms each have queen beds and attached bathrooms, and one bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds, allowing you to sleep 11 in beds. The Den has a 40 inch TV, DVD Player, Cable, and Wireless Internet. A beautifully landscaped back yard provides the perfect location for an afternoon of relaxation. Large porches on the top and bottom levels of the house offer a great spot to admire the beautiful low country scenery and watch the horse drawn carriage rides that pass by. For parents of Parris Island graduates, this house will provide a place for you and your family to relax and spread out after graduation. Located less than 10 minutes from the Parris Island Gateway, our home provides a luxurious and spacious setting that a hotel simply can not provide. Hunting Island State Park, Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and the beach are approximately a 20 minute drive from the house. A public boat ramp is less than a half mile from the house, providing guests a location to launch their boats. This home is within walking distance to town, and within three blocks of the water. The Beaufort Waterfront Park provides the perfect location for an afternoon of boat watching or fishing, and the backdrop for a beautiful sunset. Go back in time with a horse drawn carriage ride, or walk the streets on one of Beaufort's ghost tours! Our home will provide a unique lodging experience that you just can not get from a hotel.
