This nice country-estate is situated on a hill, on the famous via Francigena, with enchanting views on San Gimignano ( 7 km far) towers and on the below standing valleys, and 5 km far from Colle Val d’ Elsa, nice medieval town famous for its crystal-factories.

The farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards, little woods, olive trees and big gardens ( ca 20 ha) and is the ideal location for a relaxing stay among the beauties of nature but at the same time not far from the main tourist attractions of Tuscany.
The Casale has been recently totally restored in typical Tuscan style and equipped with a pool (7 x 14 m open from the beginning of May till the end of September, as weather conditions) with marvellous view on the landscape; a barbecue-area; a little laundry-room, rental of mountain-bikes (on request), closed parking-area; a wine cellar with the possibility to taste the wines produced in the estate and other typical Tuscan products.
All around nice gardens , terraces, gazebos and shady spots equipped with tables and chairs will permit to relax and enjoy the enchanting panorama.
All apartments, situated on the ground or on the 1. floor, are very wide and spacious (ca 90 sqm) , have been carefully furnished and dispose of : TV, oven, independent heating, american coffee machine, private equipped outside space in the garden.
RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, but on low and middle season possibility of shorter stays on request.
SPECIAL RATES FOR BOOKINGS OF MINIMUM TWO WEEKS IN LOW AND MEDIUM SEASON.
