A Lovely New Villa Near Pollenca Old Town Situated on a Quiet Country Lane

The villa has a gated entrance with a gravel driveway which widens into ample parking area at the front of the villa.
Two steps lead up to the front door which opens into a spacious lounge, dining room and a lovely open kitchen on the right with a breakfast bar separation. The kitchen is delightful and has dark wood fitted units contrasting with modern stainless steel large fridge freezer, stainless steel hood and vitro ceramic hob. The work surfaces are a dark marble and it has a double sink under a window looking out to the front of the villa and the breakfast bar means that the kitchen is an integral part of the lounge dining area.
The dining table is of dark wood with high-back wicker chairs and there are two large red sofas positioned around a large coffee table. There are large Chinese prints on the walls, with plants and candles for decoration which gives the villa a homely feel with the owners personal touch. The floors are tiled throughout and the villa has high sloping ceilings with exposed beams in traditional Mallorcan country style typical of the island.
To the left of the lounge is an entrance into a hallway and here are two identical twin bedrooms, simply and effectively decorated, both with fitted wardrobes each with a window looking out to the side of the villa. Placed between them is a large shower bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
To the right of the lounge a high wall separates the kitchen into a hallway and here is the main double bedroom which is exceptionally large and spacious. The room has a large double bed with dark wood headboard and side tables and there is a full length mirror on one wall. It has a large wood dressing table and there is also a rocking chair and a window looking out to the pool and gardens at the back. There is a door leading into the ensuite bathroom that has a separate dressing area to the right. There is ample storage in here with shelving, drawers and wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom is decorated in beige and has a full size bath and a separate walk in shower.
Double doors lead out onto a covered terrace at the back of the house which overlooks the pool and gardens. There is a feature brick-built barbecue at the rear of the house near to the covered terrace and dining furniture. Views of Puig Maria in front. The garden has fig trees, lemons and Mediterranean palms.
