Fajardo is known as "La Metrópolis del Sol Naciente" (the city that guards the sun of the Caribbean). Fajardo is one of the most beautiful spots on the island's shores. Located in the east region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, north of Ceiba and east of Luquillo.

Fajardo is a major boating center, with a wide range of rentals and charters available, with daily and sport-diving excursions as well as scheduled ferries and air service carrying passengers and cargo to Culebra and Vieques.

Puerto Rico's perfect beaches are bounded by calm, clear water ideal for snorkeling, Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, offers plentiful water sports facilities, offshore points for sailing, snorkeling and plenty of scuba diving.

Magnificent ocean views and ocean breeze from a newly renovated and decorated 26th floor, corner apartment overlooking the vast turquoise waters, the sunrise, marinas and the Conquistador Hotel. Look into the bay and see Manatees and Sea Turtles feeding.

There is an olympic size pool overlooking the ocean, tennis courts, and many lovely gazebos equipped with BBQ grills. Located close to Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, and El Yunque Rain Forest. Golf and gambling at the El Conquitador Hotel or Palmas del Mar Hotel are just a golf swing away.

Property is conveniently located on the marina, where you could choose to try a day trip on one of the many large catamarans for snorkeling, or a ferry ride to Culebras, Vieques, St.Thomas and St. Croix.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting Fajardo, PR. This property is everything we needed in a vacation home. The moment you walk off the elevator you’re welcomed with the most wonderful ocean breeze and views. The views from the balcony, and every window are spectacular with the beautiful blues and greens of the ocean and marina. From the balcony we even got to see a mother and baby manatee feeding in the waters below. I was told that they come around everyday around 3 or 3:30 to feed. If you get a chance, look out for them… they are such a treat. The grounds have great sitting areas and are beautiful for strolling. The entire set up of the apartment is excellent. Very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of closet and draw space. The owners have definitely put a lot of thought and work into making this a home-away-from-home. El Conquistador is only about 5 minutes away with excellent restaurants/bars, casino and dancing. Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches are also a short drive away. Enjoy!

  • What a pleasant surprise.After much research, my wife and I discovered this little gem in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. This two bedroom condo has outstanding views of the Caribbean and lovely mountain views. Located by two marinas, the grounds are breath taking.The apartment is very clean and well equipped.The owner Millie, has made sure that you do not lack a thing. Boating is just several steps away. Ferry boats to the islands of Culebra and Vieques are 5 minutes. There are 2 beautiful beaches close by. Along with world class restaurants this is a wonderful area to vacation. The owner has really made this a home away from home. You will not go wrong with a stay at this location.

  • As stated in other reviews, the apt. was immaculate, the view spectacular and Millie could not have been more accommodating. We spent 9 days scuba diving and found this location perfect as it was close to both ports the dive shop uses (Puerto Del Rey and Palmas Resort). The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and see the sunrise, as well as sip your favorite drink during "happy hour" while watching the boats come back to the marina for the evening. We have rented many condo's and houses from VRBO over the years and would rate this location very high.

  • Apartment was absolutely beautiful. Spotless, roomy and comfortable. Looks exactly as pictured with living room balcony facing the ocean and marina a. Located on gated property with very nice grounds and large swimming pool. Owner was extremely accomodating. Always responded promptly to my e-mails and telephone calls. Went over-board to meet my needs and make my visit a pleasant one. I was very nervous renting from someone I did not know, but the owner made this a smooth experience. I will definitely be renting from her again in the future.

  • We stayed four nights. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The view was fantastic, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, nicely decorated, and on a beautiful side of the island. The apartment felt like home rather than some sterile timeshare or hotel suite. The owner provided prompt friendly answers to all questions.

  • We stayed at your Condo in Farjardo, Puerto Rico and it was beautiful. The Ocean Views started from the moment we got out of the elevator and headed towards your condo apartment. We had all the amenities from home we didn't need a thing, because you thought of everything. The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful with very comfortable beds. We had spectacular views of the Marinas and the Ocean from every room in the condo. What a dream it was for my husband and I to wake up in the morning to a gorgeous sunrise as we were drinking coffee out on the balcony which faces the Marinas and the Ocean with all the beautiful boats sailing by and seeing the locals fish off the pier. We felt like we were in our own little paradise experiencing the beautiful sunrises & sunsets, the sounds of the Ocean and the welcoming cool breeze as the sun warmed our faces. WOW, thank your for a beautiful retreat, which we will visit again and recommend to all our friends...Thank You for our secret hide away : ) Sincerely, Diane & Rick
