My husbabnd and two college aged daughters recently stayed at this beautiful condo. The oceanfront view from the condo is outstanding. We were able to relax here for a few days before we went to Vieques for a week. El Yunque and Luquillo beach are very close and I would highly recommend. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a list of restaurants and activities that she recommended. The condo was very clean, the grounds beautiful and my girls enjoyed the pool. I would absolutely stay there again

After some last-minute planning, our family of three stayed in this two-bedroom condo in a high-rise overlooking Fajardo's marinas. I worried that because I hadn't had time to research every available option that I would regret my hasty plans. NOT SO! There are views from every window in every room of this apartment -- two marinas, the bay, the islands, the rainforest, mountains, a beach below. I was concerned about being 26 floors up because of our son, but the balcony is completely enclosed in a railing. (You think it's going to spoil your view, but you quickly forget about the railing.) The sunrises were gorgeous and, yes, we spotted the resident manatee! This is a very central location, a ten-minute drive to the beautiful public Seven Seas beach, as well as close to more inaccessible beaches. We walked around a peninsula to a beach below the lighthouse and had the place entirely to ourselves. From here, it's about 20 minutes to El Yunque rainforest, maybe 15 minutes to Luquillo, which also has beaches, along with Hacienda Carabali, where you can ride horses or drive ATVs and go-karts. It's an easy one-hour day trip to Old San Juan. Kayak and boat tours to the bioluminescent bay are just 10 minutes away in Las Croabas harbor -- you must do this! The catamarans that take you out to the islands to snorkel are right next door. It's fun to be in a place where you can experience the local community -- we got our coffee from a local bakery every morning and had dinner at some of the small restaurants and tapas bars that line the road to the beach. We rented snorkeling equipment from a local dive shop. You couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is attractively furnished and invitingly clean. Along with the two bedrooms, there are two day-beds in the living room that can be used as couches and for sleeping. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware and has a microwave, all of which came in handy, so we didn't have to eat out every night. The complex has a huge and beautiful pool overlooking the water -- for you lap swimmers, it's about 36 strokes long. There is a playground and facilities for grilling and picnicking on the grounds, although we didn't make use of them. The owner was gracious in working with us on such short notice. I am so glad we saw this listing! We highly recommend it. Thank you, Millie!

My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting Fajardo, PR. This property is everything we needed in a vacation home. The moment you walk off the elevator you’re welcomed with the most wonderful ocean breeze and views. The views from the balcony, and every window are spectacular with the beautiful blues and greens of the ocean and marina. From the balcony we even got to see a mother and baby manatee feeding in the waters below. I was told that they come around everyday around 3 or 3:30 to feed. If you get a chance, look out for them… they are such a treat. The grounds have great sitting areas and are beautiful for strolling. The entire set up of the apartment is excellent. Very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of closet and draw space. The owners have definitely put a lot of thought and work into making this a home-away-from-home. El Conquistador is only about 5 minutes away with excellent restaurants/bars, casino and dancing. Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches are also a short drive away. Enjoy!

What a pleasant surprise.After much research, my wife and I discovered this little gem in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. This two bedroom condo has outstanding views of the Caribbean and lovely mountain views. Located by two marinas, the grounds are breath taking.The apartment is very clean and well equipped.The owner Millie, has made sure that you do not lack a thing. Boating is just several steps away. Ferry boats to the islands of Culebra and Vieques are 5 minutes. There are 2 beautiful beaches close by. Along with world class restaurants this is a wonderful area to vacation. The owner has really made this a home away from home. You will not go wrong with a stay at this location.

As stated in other reviews, the apt. was immaculate, the view spectacular and Millie could not have been more accommodating. We spent 9 days scuba diving and found this location perfect as it was close to both ports the dive shop uses (Puerto Del Rey and Palmas Resort). The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and see the sunrise, as well as sip your favorite drink during "happy hour" while watching the boats come back to the marina for the evening. We have rented many condo's and houses from VRBO over the years and would rate this location very high.

Apartment was absolutely beautiful. Spotless, roomy and comfortable. Looks exactly as pictured with living room balcony facing the ocean and marina a. Located on gated property with very nice grounds and large swimming pool. Owner was extremely accomodating. Always responded promptly to my e-mails and telephone calls. Went over-board to meet my needs and make my visit a pleasant one. I was very nervous renting from someone I did not know, but the owner made this a smooth experience. I will definitely be renting from her again in the future.

We stayed four nights. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The view was fantastic, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, nicely decorated, and on a beautiful side of the island. The apartment felt like home rather than some sterile timeshare or hotel suite. The owner provided prompt friendly answers to all questions.

We stayed at your Condo in Farjardo, Puerto Rico and it was beautiful. The Ocean Views started from the moment we got out of the elevator and headed towards your condo apartment. We had all the amenities from home we didn't need a thing, because you thought of everything. The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful with very comfortable beds. We had spectacular views of the Marinas and the Ocean from every room in the condo. What a dream it was for my husband and I to wake up in the morning to a gorgeous sunrise as we were drinking coffee out on the balcony which faces the Marinas and the Ocean with all the beautiful boats sailing by and seeing the locals fish off the pier. We felt like we were in our own little paradise experiencing the beautiful sunrises & sunsets, the sounds of the Ocean and the welcoming cool breeze as the sun warmed our faces. WOW, thank your for a beautiful retreat, which we will visit again and recommend to all our friends...Thank You for our secret hide away : ) Sincerely, Diane & Rick
