Spectacular 3 Bedroom 2 bath unit in the all new and luxurious Paradise Resort.

This is the the only unit in Paradise with a King Size Pillow Top bed in the Master Bedroom, all other units have a Queen Size Bed.

Unit is an end unit on the 9th floor. It has an expansive oceanfront balcony which extends the length of the living room and Master Bedroom. It has amazing views up and down the Carolina Coast. Unit is in immaculate condition and will comfotably sleep 10 persons. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and the other two rooms each have two double beds.

Amenties include a fantastic restaurant and bar, pool side service, exercise room, lazy river, children's pool, and jacuzzi (all of which are enclosed during the winter months) and an indoor/outdoor pool.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. NO PETS ALLOWED.

During the Summer months of May through August rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. Please contact me during other times of year if you would like to reserve a shorter time period.

In addition to the rental rate, there is a refundable security deposit of $300.00. South Carolina has an accomodations tax of 10% and there is a departure cleaning fee of $85.00. Linen service is available for a fee of $75.00.
