Location: Paradise Village is 10 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta municipal airport located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexican Riviera, and Mexico.

Privately-owned Marina Residence Condo next door to the five-star Paradise Village Resort located on Banderas Bay. The postcard view of the Marina and Sierra Madre mountains is breath-taking while lounging in our quiet and secluded private pool. For more adventures you can go for a free Paradise Village shuttle every half an hour in front of the mall to Paradise Village Playa Royale Beach Club that will direct you to the beach with adult and kid pools, jacuzzi, Palapas, chase lounges, restaurant, beach food/ drink services, showers, steam and sauna, restrooms, towels, European Spa and Sport Complex/Golf/Tennis for a nominal fee per day. There is also car parking at the Beach Club. If you choose, there is also available 2 free public beaches nearby via free Neuvo Vallarta trolley bus (5 minutes/ride) that runs every 20 minutes in front of mall. Free Paradise Village bus service is available to the World-Class Paradise Village 18 hole El Tigre Golf Course, Paradise Sports Complex, and Paradise’s heavenly European Spa/fitness center.
Our 1500 square foot condo has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. In addition, our condo includes a living room with cable TV and a queen-sized pull out bed, a master bedroom (king-size bed) with 2 cable TVs/DVD and private bathroom containing a Jacuzzi tub and shower, a second bedroom (2 full-size beds), and an additional bathroom with a shower. Also, we have a large walk out balcony overlooking the marina with private yachts and excursions/water taxis that are a mere 2 minutes walk away. You can catch a water taxi at the Marina to Dowtown Puerto Vallarta and boat trip to Yalapa.
Shopping and eatery are right behind the condo complex at Paradise Plaza shopping centre. The Plaza consists the following: a grocery store, deli, multiple restaurants and bars, an ice cream shop, retail stores, an internet café, bank with ATM, McDonalds, Subway, and Dominos. You may also purchase tour tickets here. In the evening, you should try a Themed Dinner inside Paradise Village Resort(Mexican, Western are just a few). There is also fine Italian dining with a Marina view right in front of the condo.
No fear of letting your children loose. There is a convenient bus stop located in front of the mall that takes you to Sam’s Wholesale Club/ Super Wal-Mart, the Puerto Vallarta airport, Downtown Puerto Vallarta, and all small towns nearby. There is no need for car or taxi. These are inexpensive air-conditioned charter type buses. There is also available a free open-aired Trolley in front of the mall that travels around Neuvo Vallarta to all the beaches, restaurants and Vallarta Adventure.
