From sunrise to sunset you will have unobstructed views from the balcony of this fantastic condominium directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Listen to the waves day and night. The Enclave is one of the newest condominiums in Orange Beach and features high ceilings, crown molding, and ceramic tile. This second-floor unit is beautifully decorated in beach/shell motif.
The Gulf Front master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD/VCR, and a computer with DSL and wireless internet modem. The adjoining master bath features a jetted garden tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, TV, VCR, and full-size adjoining bath with a tub and shower.
The third bedroom has 1 single bed and 2 x-long single beds that can be made up as twins or king, TV, VCR, and adjoining bath with shower. This bath also opens to the hallway.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner, TV, and DVD/VCR.
The full-size kitchen features all major and small appliances, and has plenty of good pots, pans, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen counter with bar stools divide the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the wet bar with party ice machine which is conveniently located in the dining area. For your convenience, a full-size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum are provided.
The unit may not legally meet handicapped requirements, but it does have ramps, elevators, and wide doors.
Deposit $300/reservation or per week for multi week rentals. Departure cleaning charge of $100 per stay. Lodging tax of 11% will be added to total of rent and cleaning. Cleaning charge and tax is included in the rate schedule total weekly rate. Deposit will either be applied to your total rent or held as a damage deposit and refunded after unit has cleared cleaning and exit check at owner discretion.

Why the Owner Chose The Enclave
Orange Beach the newer developed area of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The condominiums are newer and larger than other areas. The Enclave is close to shopping and nice restaurants. This property is well maintained and has kept its new look.

Guest that rent The Enclave return for their vacation year after year. The units are large and livable just like home. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the fabulous master bath with the jetted garden tub. You will enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool which is shallow and good for smaller children. The beach side pool is beautiful and is the summer hang out. We have a study that will accomodate guest for cards or just sitting around.
