The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, VCR, and full-size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV, VCR, and adjoining bath with shower. This bath also opens to the hallway. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner, TV, and DVD/VCR.
The full-size kitchen features all major and small appliances, and has plenty of good pots, pans, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen counter with barstools divide the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the wet bar with party ice machine which is conveniently located in the dining area. For your convenience, a full-size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum are provided.
The unit may not legally meet handicapped requirements, but it does have ramps, elevators, and wide doors.
Deposit $300/reservation or per week for multi week rentals. Cleaning charge added for less than 1 week. Lodging tax of 11% will be added to total. Deposit will either be applied to your final payment or held as a damage deposit and refunded after unit has cleared cleaning and exit check. |
