Enjoy unobstructed views from the balcony of this fantastic condominium directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Listen to the waves day and night. The Enclave is one of the newest condominiums in Orange Beach and features high ceilings, crown molding, and ceramic tile. This second-floor unit is beautifully decorated in beach/shell motif.
The Gulf Front master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD/VCR, and a computer with wifi. The adjoining master bath features a jetted garden tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, TV, VCR, and full-size adjoining bath with a tub and shower.
The third bedroom has 1 single bed and 2 x-long single beds that can be made up as twins or king, TV, VCR, and adjoining bath with shower. This bath also opens to the hallway.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner, TV, and Blue Ray disc player.
The full-size kitchen features all major and small appliances, and has plenty of good pots, pans, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen counter with bar stools divide the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the wet bar with party ice machine which is conveniently located in the dining area. For your convenience, a full-size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum are provided.
The unit may not legally meet handicapped requirements, but it does have ramps, elevators, and wide doors.
Deposit $300/reservation or per week for multi week rentals. Departure cleaning charge of $100 per stay. Lodging tax of 11% will be added to total of rent and cleaning. Cleaning charge and tax is included in the rate schedule total weekly rate. Deposit will either be applied to your total rent or held as a damage deposit and refunded after unit has cleared cleaning and exit check at owner discretion.

This condo was amazing! Everything was just as described and pictures were actually from the condo. All transactions were extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely return in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This vacation condo on the beach in Orange Beach is generously sized, well furnished, practical and comfortable, with a view of the beach and outdoor pool from the living room and its balcony, and from the master bedroom. With three full bathrooms, no standing in line. Another plus is a desktop computer with free internet access in the condo, plus free wireless connection within the unit. Finally, a grocery store and some other businesses conveniently across the street, as well as some fast and slow food restaurants nearby within walking distance. The listing, its photos, descriptions/amenities are accurate, the unit is clean and well-maintained, the owner is helpful and prompt,. This was the perfect place for us. It's not a luxury condo but it fit all our needs. It is in a good location and spacious. We went over Thanksgiving Break and had perfect weather. We used the indoor heated pool and spent time on the beach each day. There were plenty of shells for our kids to find and they had a ball. The outlet mall is an easy drive and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The owner is super easy to deal with and the checkin/checkout process couldn't be easier. You don't have to see anyone or keep up with a key. I've been to this area many times but this was easily one of our best and simplest stays. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and plenty of sleeping space. No one had to use the pull out sofa bed. If you're traveling with a group and small children are included this is a great place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from one of the best family vacations that our family has ever had. My husband and I took our two children, their spouses, two of my grandchildren and one of my great grandchildren. It was the perfect place for a family. The condo is set up in a way that everyone had their privacy but when we wanted to be together, the living and dining area was set up to allow us all to be together. Being right over the pool was also a big plus for us. We had rain one afternoon but the indoor pool was there to save the day. The condo is located right across the street from Winn-Dixie, Hazels and an Italian restaurant, which is so convenient. Hazels is great from breakfast but would not recommend for any other meals. The Italian restaurant was really good and they play live music a couple of nights a week. The condo owner was great to deal with and went out of his way to make sure that everyone's stay is like visiting a friend's home. The condo was everything it was said to be and more. We will certainly plan to go back to this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

While the decor was very outdated and the walls needed some new paint colors, the layout of this condo is terrific. The bathrooms are HUGE and each bedroom can sleep 2-3 people. The kitchen is functional and there is a large living room. The balcony is small, but decent. The pool is nice and its a quick walk to the beach chairs from the room. The condo is right across the street from Wal-Mart and the grocery stores and close to lots of great restaurants. Overall - a great place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our FIRST family vacation as a newly blended family and it was PERFECT. The condo was absolutely perfect for us and our children. We will DEFINATELY be coming back. We went through VRBO and other family members on our trip went through a local realtor. All three families stayed at the Enclave - my condo was considerably cheaper compared to theirs. We had plenty of room - loved the carpet in bedrooms and living room. The ice machine worked!!! The owner of the condo was very helpful. Highly recommend!!! No complaints!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I were there with our daughter and two grandchildren. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the kids really enjoyed both pools and the beach. The condo is convenient to grocery stores, etc. and has pretty much everything you will need, albeit pretty basic on the kitchen equipment. The condo sits over the outdoor pool area, so if things get noisy there you will hear it. The owner was very quick in ensuring that a minor problem was fixed--handle popped off toilet. The three bathrooms were a blessing when showers were necessary for people coming off the sand, and the master bath is very nice. In all, we were very satisfied and would rent again. Incidentally, our best meal was at Cottons this trip. We weren't able to make it to the Tin Top which is another favorite.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great condo! Great location! Great view! Condo was clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Something to be said about enjoying your morning coffee from the balcony listening to the waves crash ashore and watching dolphins jump out of the water. The only draw back is having to leave!
