This almost new waterfront home is right on Red Point Beach. Step outside your door and right onto the large sandy non-public beach along the North East River and Chesapeake Bay. The home features 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and is about 3000 square feet.

One bathroom has a double jacuzzi tub and double shower. Balconies on 2 levels. Climb the circular staircase to the top floor viewing portal. Huge gourmet kitchen is ideal for entertaining. Living area includes wet bar, and home had TVs in bedrooms as well as a 52" TV on first floor living area and 42" TV in 2nd floor living room. Decor is a unique & eclectic mix of antiques, collectables, and interesting items from all over. Built with nature in mind, many natural materials inside and out: marble, wood, & local driftwood.

Located in a private beachfront community known as Red Point, only a few miles south of the town of North East and only minutes from I-95. Launch your boat at the boat ramp right next to the home. Or dock your yacht out in the river and tie up your landing craft at the pier. Enjoy a safe neighborhood for your kids to play or to bicycle around. Sit out on a long, sandy beach.

Nearby there are many things to do: The town of North East has a number of wonderful antique and gift shops. You're only minutes from Walmart for necessities. Go south a few more miles to Elk Neck State park to enjoy their facilities: hiking, birdwatching, bicycling, kids playground, beach, boat launch, and more. Continue to the end of the route and it dead ends into another park where you can walk to see Turkey Point Lighthouse. In the local area you'll also find many options for golfing, shopping, restaurants, 20 minutes to the Fair Hill horse park including trail rides, Milburn Orchards, and lots of local events/festivities/fairs.

  • We stayed here last year with our whole family and absolutely loved it! Relatives came from the Boston area. We all had the time of our lives. Having the beach and dock right there is so convenient. We didn't have to worry too much about the kids going in the water. The kids loved fishing off the dock every morning. The house is so well done, there was nothing we lacked. And the sunsets....to die for!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house again this year. We are all looking forward to it.
