Villa Romantic View is a classic Mediterranean villa on the exclusive avenue that is Lithos Village with breathtaking views across Coral Bay and the valleys below.
This villa is ideal for honeymooners with stunning views across the Cyprus countryside and down to the sea - watch out for the amazing sunsets from your terrace. It's also within walking distance from the traditonal Cypriot village of Pegeia with some lovely restaurants as well as a 2-minute drive to the resort of Coral Bay which has great beaches, and restaurants, bars and shops in abundance.
There's an open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs. There's satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD/CD stereo, a PlayStation 2 & wireless internet. The kitchen area is a modern take on a farmhouse design with wooden cupboards, a wine stone cellar and appliances including a dishwasher, a washer and a microwave. The villa is fully air-conditioned. There is double-glazing throughout. For 2013 there is wi-fi internet access at the villa.
The master-bedroom has a four-poster country bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath. The other bedroom has twin beds which can also be used as a double, and there is a lovely en-suite shower bathroom. There are also hair-dryers here too.
Double patio doors opening out onto the pool-terrace from the living-room and the master bedroom.
The pool-garden is a lovely sunny space with a fantastic, solar-heated infinity pool, large sun-terraces and a stone barbecue. Here you can relax on the comfortable wicker chairs or dine al-fresco under the covered terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted views down over the valley and out to sea at Coral Bay.
Villa Romantic View is a beautiful house full of relaxing spaces. It's in a sought-after location with great views and i's close to many interesting villages and coast areas. Pegeia, a 25-minute walk from the house, is a pretty town in lovely countryside which is also close to sandy beaches. You can also try lots of holiday sports there - cycling, tennis, horse riding and even go-carting. You can drive to the centre of Coral Bay in a couple of minutes, with its beach, restaurants, cafés, shops and clubs, or alternatively walk down the hill in 30 minutes.
