Recently built in 2004, this beautifully decorated ground level condo is located just one block from Main Street at the west end of the quaint town of Frisco. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this condo has a cozy mountain feel with a very relaxing environment. Great views of the mountains from all sides, and just a stones throw away from Ten Mile Creek. It was built in conformance with ADA accessibility requirements.
Two large bedrooms (one king and one queen), with two full bathrooms, and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps 6 adults. All rooms have cable television w/ movie channels, ceiling fans, privacy blinds, and extremely comfortable beds. Large kitchen, gas fireplace, CD player, board games, cards, poker chips, books, movies, stereo, DVD/VHS, high speed internet, ice maker, radiant floor heating, granite countertops, expandable dining table, tile/carpet flooring, personal washer/dryer, mud room, modern appliances and utilities, tons of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, crock pot and lots of closet space. Two reserved parking spaces with plenty of additional and oversized parking next door at the retail plaza.

Originally from the east coast, I moved to Colorado 11 years ago. Always wanting to move to the mountains, but not having the ability to do so because of work, I was very happy when the opportunity to buy the condo became available. I love to travel and enjoy escaping to the mountains. I currently live in Denver and work as a mental health therapist.
Why the Owner Chose Creekside
We chose to buy a place in Frisco because it is one of our favorite mountain towns. We love the serenity of the mountains and the quaint feel of the town. In addition to great outdoor activities, Frisco also offers great restaurants just a walk away. From our condo you can hear the creek and view the mountains bringing a calmness to our very hectic busy lives. Just walking in the door, we are more relaxed.

Thanks for a great spot to stay for our week of hiking. The aspen trees were superb and our lungs got a good workout coming from sea level in Michigan. We're expecting some fun and Beetlefest before heading out of town!

What a wonderful and relaxing week we had in Frisco!!! Your condo was just perfect for our family and we look forward to returning soon. We had a great time biking to Vail, shopping in Breckenridge and Vail, jeeping over the many trails, visiting Glenwood Springs, palying putt-putt in Keystone, eating breakfast at the log cabin in Frisco, and the dinner wagon ride in Keystone. Your condo was the ideal location for paricipating in the many activities. It was refreshing to return at the end of the day to a place that felt like home, but was so much cooler (over 40 degrees) and even had snow! Thanks for a wonderful week!

We have had a marvelous weekend... The summit county garden tour - the art show in Breckenridge - celebrating Marilyn's birthday with cake and coffee on the porch - enjoying the morning seen and the sounds of the river! Your 'home away from home' is our 'girls getaway home away from home'...that truly feels like home. Thank you for putting so much thought and care into making this a home. We enjoy it, we love it, and can't wait to come back! Food tastes beter up here, and if possible, so does the wine! Till next time........
