Thanks for a great spot to stay for our week of hiking. The aspen trees were superb and our lungs got a good workout coming from sea level in Michigan. We're expecting some fun and Beetlefest before heading out of town!

What a wonderful and relaxing week we had in Frisco!!! Your condo was just perfect for our family and we look forward to returning soon. We had a great time biking to Vail, shopping in Breckenridge and Vail, jeeping over the many trails, visiting Glenwood Springs, palying putt-putt in Keystone, eating breakfast at the log cabin in Frisco, and the dinner wagon ride in Keystone. Your condo was the ideal location for paricipating in the many activities. It was refreshing to return at the end of the day to a place that felt like home, but was so much cooler (over 40 degrees) and even had snow! Thanks for a wonderful week!

We have come to the Frisco area for a number of years. This year was very comfortable in your condo. The bottle of wine was very nice. Your decor was special to the heart of an auctioneer. Thanks so much for all the nice touches. We plan to come back next year!

We have had a marvelous weekend... The summit county garden tour - the art show in Breckenridge - celebrating Marilyn's birthday with cake and coffee on the porch - enjoying the morning seen and the sounds of the river! Your 'home away from home' is our 'girls getaway home away from home'...that truly feels like home. Thank you for putting so much thought and care into making this a home. We enjoy it, we love it, and can't wait to come back! Food tastes beter up here, and if possible, so does the wine! Till next time........

We had a fantastic time at your place celebrating a birthday! Being here was the best gift of all! We went snowshoeing at 10 mile, x-country skiing at the Nordic Center (what a great place) and downhill skiing at Copper Mtn - so much fun! We're all sore and tired, but we feel like we've had a great adventure! I don't think it's possible to squeeze in any more fun, unless we come back and do it all again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Happy New Year! We greatly enjoyed three ski days, the little Frisco downtown and New Years Eve in Breckenridge. An opportunity to connect with friends from the midwest, D.C, CO and FL. (Special thanks to A-Train Pizzeria that got us thru the blizzard!)
