On the ground floor there's a comfortable, bright and colourful lounge with an L-shaped leather sofa, huge flatscreen TV and DVD player, and patio doors leading to the garden and pool. There's a dining area with an oval, wooden dining table and chairs. The well equipped kitchen is fitted with white units and stainless steel appliances which include a dishwasher, there's a modern glass dining table and chairs and a door leading to the brick-built barbecue and dining terrace. Next to the kitchen is a shower bathroom, and completing the ground floor is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with bath and a shower. One of the twin bedrooms is brightly decorated with modern artwork and patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the garden and pool. The other twin mixes traditional darkwood furniture with modern, colourful linens. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, the enclosed private garden is surrounded by hedges and dotted with pretty pot-plants, palms and several fruit trees, including lemon and pomegranate. The pool is edged by terrace with new luxurious sun-loungers and a dining table and chairs, and there's a lawned area to the side of the pool terrace which runs down to the barbecue and dining area. The barbecue is a bread-oven style and there's easy access between here and the kitchen, there is also further dining furniture on this terrace.
Villa Girassol is a great base for a family, or group of friends, looking for a well-equipped comfortable holiday villa, whilst being close to restaurants, cafés and bars, and within a comfortable daytime walk, or short drive of the beach.
