Location: Avon, Northwest, Colorado, USA (5 mintues to both Beaver Creek and Vail)

Accommodations:  House/Duplex, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

(I'm sorry but we don't rent this long term, as we ski alot ourselves) Immaculate, Spacious ski house, terrific location between Vail & Beaver Creek. Small park down the street. We seldom rent as we ski quite often ourselves. Has all the amenities, washer dryer, great kitchen, everything is furnished, Ipod connections, wireless internet, gamecube and games, mud room for drying ski boots and clothes, ski racks, lots of parking, two car garage, 32 inch downstairs TV.

House has two masters; each with luxurious linens and there is a steam shower and garden tub. The house has two additional bedrooms besides the masters; each of these bedrooms has captains bunk beds. (full bottom and twin top) The whole house can easly sleep 12. Two car garage and additional parking in the front. This house can confortably handle two families because of the two masters and additional bedroom layouts.

This is a for a short term rental over the Christmas & New Years Holidays and for President's Week & Weekend. It is 650 per night during this time.
