Enjoy this beautiful downtown location steps from America’s cup Avenue, Newport Harbor, and all of the fantastic restaurants and shopping that Newport offers. Newport beaches are only 4 minutes by car. Although it is located in the center of town, it is very quiet street. This is a perfect house for large families that want to be within walking distance to everything while at the same time having the luxury of relaxing on our huge, 500 square foot private outdoor patio.
The first floor is a unique space, it is a conversion from a 1790’s bar to a large kitchen, living and dining room areas, with the bar being architecturally preserved. It also features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and master bathroom and the other bedroom with two bunk beds. Also on the first floor are two bathrooms. The second floor enjoys views of Newport Harbor and features another kitchen, queen bedroom, bathroom, and a loft, where 2-3 can sleep. The property was fully renovated in 2006.
