Hi Jerry, we loved your condo and didn't want to leave! We loved the decor, colors, furniture, paintings, design, layout, etc., etc. In fact, my wife took pictures and we are thinking of remodeling our house so it is exactly like your condo! Just kidding...we really, really liked it, though. A great combination of security, comfort and all within walking distance of a real Mexico coastal community. The kids loved the kids pool and we spent many happy hours playing with them and our extended family in warm waters. The grounds were very well maintained and everything was very clean. We would definitely go back as our relatives also enjoyed their time in the complex. While I was a little anxious as I hadn't used PayPal before, everything worked well and very smoothly. Thanks, again!

My family and I just got back to Juneau, Alaska after spending nine days at Jerry and Maryanne's condo. The other comments regarding the pictures not doing the place justice are right on. The condo itself is immaculate and the grounds and pool are kept up extremely well. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay. Walk to La Ropa is very easy but we hardly wanted to leave the grounds. We would absolutely stay there again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We spent 10 days relaxing days at LeCeiba. The pictures are nice, however they do not really capture the beauty of the condo or the surrounding area. The condo colorful and quite large and the kitchen was well equipped. The 250 meter flat walk to La Ropa Beach was great at the end of a long day. The pool and the grounds are pristine. I did have one issue that arose at the end of our trip: I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank-You Jerry.

We had a wonderful time and hope to make a return visit to stay in the Kreeger's condo. We agree with all of the comments posted before. The condo's location was great. La Ropa is the best beach around and it was fine with us to be one block away... peaceful and private. Buses and cabs were very accessible for trips into the town center. The condo was comfortable, clean and attractive. Thank you Jerry and Maryann.

Wow! What a spacious and comfortable condo! The pool and grounds are very clean. The open Dining and living room area plus a large deck with sliding glass doors are very accomodating. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the neccesary tools for preparing, cooking and storing food plus a large fridge. When we didn't feel like cooking we walked to one of the many restaurants within a block or two. Playa La Ropa is a flat short block away and a short bus or taxi ride into town. I prefer the bus, It's 5 pesos, you travel with the locals who are very nice, and you can see more than in a taxi. This town is very safe. I never have felt in danger or even uncomfortable around the locals. This Condo is the nicest and largest for the price that we have found in Z and could easily handle our family of five. TV and DVD in living room and one bedroom. Most channels are in spanish so bring some DVDs for the kids. Oh well it's back to Seattle, rain, snow and wind. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.

Gerald & MaryAnne have the perfect condo (spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds & everything you need, heavenly pool & sea breezes)in the best location (south end of La Ropa in Zihuataneo) and is one flat block to the best beach in all of Mexico. The wave action for swimming is just right for anyone. It's a wonderful, peaceful & quiet neighborhood with easy access to a bus or taxi to the Mercado, ect. It is really the best of the best. It has everything for the best vacation ever!.

The Kreegers have a beautiful, safe and secure condo. This was our second visit and won't be our last. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we did nothing but sip cerveza and swim for hours! We felt right at home! THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful time in Zihutanejo. The condominium was beautiful, the pictures do not do justice. The owners did a wonderful job decorating the home and it was easy and safe to stay in the condo. The staff was great, very helpful and polite. The La Ceiba condos are really nice and the pool and grounds are very well taken care of and clean. There were very few people in the condos (off season) and it was very quiet and peaceful. One of the owners gave us excellent advice and helped us hire a guide. The only thing we wish we could have was more time to stay longer. Maybe next time. We appreciated the owners of the unit we stayed in, they made a very nice place for renters. We have traveled quite a bit, and this was in the ten.

This is the most wonderful piece of paradise on earth. I can't wait to go back. The condo is gorgeous, spacious, and great for families or couples. The Kreegers have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The residents are also a very fine group of people. There are many local areas to explore and the beach is incredible. Until now, we have always stayed at hotels when we visit Mexico. What were we thinking?? This condo is spacious, private, well-equipped and well located. Just a short walk to the beach (our 4 year old had no problem walking even after a day of swimming). There are so many restaurants nearby we did not cook or dine at the condo, but it certainly was well-equipped for indoor or patio dining. The unit is in the corner, private, quiet and comfortable. The pool and grounds were lovely. And kudos to Jerry, the owner, for being prompt, responsive and helpful in planning the trip.

We stayed for a week it was wonderful.We were well taken care of. The condo is beautiful,close to the beach and restaurants.The pool and the courtyard are really well kept and we had everything we needed and then some.Than k you Jerry we'll be back.

A gal pal and I had a wonderful time at Casa Estrella. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with a lot of care to detail and lots of local color. It had all the conveniences and then some . It was large enough to afford each of us privacy. The people in the other units were very friendly and helpful if advice was sought, but also let you alone if you wanted privacy. The condo staff was also quite helpful and the Kreegers left lots of helpful info for us. The beach is close by and we enjoyed walking into town most days. (We generally took the bus or a taxi back). By all accounts Zihuatanejo has the most guaranteed perfect escape-the-winter weather. GO!

SUCH an amazing condo…we had an incredible time. The condo itself was all that we could have hoped for and more: very clean, modern, and with all of the conveniences of home. We loved Zihuatanejo…this was our first visit. There are plenty of great restaurants, and despite being in Mexico, we felt very safe. Being surfers, we drove to nearby beaches each morning. Amazing. We recommend this condo to everyone who wants a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere.

FABLUOUS! Easy walk to the beach and fabulous food nearby! Great for families. Our 16 and 12 year old loved the pool and the beach. The buses and taxies are just a few steps away and very easy to use. Everything you need for a great trip is in the condo, even a cooler to take with you to the beach. Would we return? YOU BET!!

We stayed at the condo for one week with our two little boys and had a wonderful time. The condo is lovely and has everything you might need. The pool is perfect and very quiet. The location is excellent. You are less than a block away from a beautiful beach that is great for swimming. We went in to town daily either by bus or taxi and explored the shops, markets and restaurants. Zihua was a great spot for us and we hope to return again.

We stayed 8 nights at La Cieba and had a great time. The beach is about a 250 meter walk from the condo, and it really is a nice beach, with gentle waves and many restaurants to choose from. But we also spent plenty of time at the pool and around the house, just relaxing. The condo owners provided us a lot of information about the area before we arrived (restaurant lists, etc.) as well as info to help us with the audio/video setup, DSL, etc. We were also provided local contacts in case we encountered problems. The condo is quite large (bigger than our 2-bedroom apartment in San Francisco!), and everything is very new. Air conditioning was nice on the hottest days, but it was also nice to open up the sliding doors onto the patio and let the breeze flow in. Everything is new (as of fall 2006), so it was very easy and comfortable living ... cook when you want to, go out when you don't. Restaurants in the area are somewhat limited, but the guys at the front gate of the condo complex could get you a cab at any time, and for about 40 pesos you could get downtown quickly - some of the nicer restaurants on the cliffs above the bay are even closer. We also took cabs to the supermarket - we really didn't have a need for a rental car since we didn't go farther than downtown. Have a great trip to Zihua!!
