This beautiful, fully furnished, newly decorated, one bedroom/one bath second floor villa built in 2003, is available for year round rental. The kitchen has built in dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and refrigerator with built in ice maker. It is fully equipped with coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The unit also includes deluxe large capacity washer and dryer. There are tile floors throughout with a new carpet in the bedroom.
Relax in your screened balcony that overlooks beautiful palms. Cathedral ceilings in living room and the bedroom provide a light, airy feeling. Ceiling fans throughout provide a cool breeze. The living room has a T.V. with a DVD player/VCR, and the bedroom has a wall mounted flat panel T.V. as well. The Bedroom has a queen size bed; all linens are included.
Three Fabulous Pools, including an 80 foot lap pool, heated family pool with toddler area, and huge beachside pool. The development has a picnic pavilion, clubhouse with workout room, tennis courts, racquet ball courts and a car wash area in addition to twenty-four hour guarded gate.
