The living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 2 recliner chairs, huge 55” flat panel TV with high definition Dish Network satellite reception, DVD player and stereo/CD player. Large elegant dining table seats 8. Bar seating for 5. Hall bath with walk-in shower. There is a spacious king master bedroom and master bath with his and hers vanities and a tub/shower. French doors lead from the living / dining area to a very private outdoor courtyard featuring a built-in gas grill, sink, outdoor fireplace, large table with 6 cushioned chairs and 2 lounging chairs with ottomans. Washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The second living room features a large sectional sofa with lounger section and fold-out queen sleeper, comfortable side chair with ottoman, unique lighting, huge 55” flat panel TV with high definition Dish Network satellite reception, DVD player and stereo/CD player. French doors open from living room to long balcony across front of house outfitted with teak glider, 4 tall teak stools and table for outdoor dining, all of which overlook your private boardwalk to the Gulf. At the end of the boardwalk you have a glimpse of the gulf just 380 walking steps away.
