New to the rental market, located on the Western Green with spectacular Gulf of Mexico views. Only one home from the Gulf, Hopetown on the Green is one of only three vacation homes available on any rental program that is situated on one of Rosemary Beach's sought after Greens.
Hopetown on the Green is part of Sunburst Luxury Vacations, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a 5 star luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home. You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, two kitchens and two laundry rooms and at the same time while enjoying the same amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel.
The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us shop for and deliver your groceries, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to local private course Sharkstooth), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities. Rates also include a full mid week clean (with weekly stays only) and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.
Entry/Outside Features: You will enter this home, designed by architect Tom Christ, through the courtyard from the Green or the parking area by the garage. The lushly landscaped courtyard complete with soothing fountain is outfitted with 4 Adirondacks, outdoor fireplace, gas grill and prep sink – perfect for relaxation while grilling up dinner. Outdoor shower for rinsing off. Convenient two car garage with garage door opener.
Ground Floor: Enter the large foyer area with powder room and full laundry room featuring super capacity front loader washer and dryer, mini frig with icemaker and soaking sink. The elegant spacious master bedroom is 16x16 with king bed, side chair with ottoman, LCD TV and luxurious private bath that features Travertine tile, his/hers vanities with Kohler fixtures and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom closet is large enough to fit a pack-n-play. Also on this floor, there is a king guest bedroom with LCD TV and full bath with shower and vanity sink.
Second Floor: Located on the second floor, the large open living area takes full advantage of the sweeping Western Green and Gulf Views. Open to the kitchen and dining area, this space has vaulted beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. French doors open onto a covered porch outfitted with 4 tall cocktail chairs overlooking the Gulf - perfect for watching sunsets and families playing on the green. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry and name brand appliances including a Jenn-Aire 4-burner gas range, Bosch microwave and dishwasher, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Central island houses the sink and a breakfast bar with 5 café style swivel bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry with wine cooler and wine service area.. Also on the second level is a bunkroom (third bedroom) with 2 built in bunk beds (4 twins) and LCD TV plus a hall bath with vanity sink and shower. The east wing of the second floor is an attached carriage house/In-Law Suite which features a full second kitchen, café table with 2 chairs, queen Murphy bed, queen sleeper sofa, LCD TV, private bathroom with tub/shower, and laundry closet with washer and dryer. With a separate entrance, this portion of the home can be locked off from the main house for privacy or left open for a second family room for the kids.
You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, eight clay tennis courts (add'l fee), fitness center (add'l fee), spa (add'l fee), playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers. Hopetown on the Green is a short walk to the great shopping and charming restaurants of Rosemary.

Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
