Calypso Resort and Towers is a brand new, gulf-front condominium resort on the west end of the beach, which is less congested and family friendly. The location is great, it is adjacent to the city fishing pier and across the street from Pier Park. It is half a mile west of Gulf World Aquarium and less than 2 miles away from Frank Brown Park.
It has two gorgeous gulf-front lagoon pools--175 feet each (nice pool decks) wide beaches, exercise room. Fitness center located on the 2nd level, located above the lobby, covered parking and covered walkover.
The unit is gulf-front with lots of upgrades including nine-foot ceiling, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, top of the line appliances, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, lots of counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The Master room has a king-size bed, premium quality pillow-top mattress. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa that is more comfortable than the average sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, etc. Private balcony, which is directly on the gulf, has chairs, lounge chair, etc., so that you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Washer/Dryer in unit. Cable TV with premium channels.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
One time cleaning fee and sales tax not included.
$300 security deposit required, refundable after cleaning - forfeited for cancellations.
No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents
NO SMOKING and NO PETS
Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am.

The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well. The Calpyso is in a great location. We parked our car and didn't move it until our final day. We walked to Pier Park every night. The check-in process was so easy. We will definitely stay in your condo again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just got home last night, Nashville was not very good, we should have stayed one more week at your place. We were impressed with your unit, the unit was well maintained and clean. We came here with some friends for the long weekend. The unit was perfect -clean, well-decorated and supplied. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, couches and chairs all well matched to the character of the house. I loved the view (we saw a couple dolphins one morning), the balcony right on the Gulf, and the whole resort had a calm, wonderful beach-y feel. The sunshine pours into the house in the condo and it is very inviting! We are so pleased to have had our vacation in such a wonderful place, and would happily recommend it to others. We would love to come back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
