Would not consider home to be well-appointed.. Bed in master had a feather pillow top and the feathers poked through the fabric, made for poor comfort. Tile floors were dirty - we had to wash them first thing. No area rugs on tile floors anywhere, execpt small ones in the kitchen that slide around when walked on. A/C did not work when we arrived. Took owner 5 days to get fixed. We had to waste 1/2 day waiting for repairman to show up. BBQ grill not very good. When moving one of the wheels would come off. Protect yourself, buy the rental insurance. Corte Bella the golf course as well as other amenities are very nice.
Owner response:Management understands the petty commentary from the guests of April 8, 2011 (comments submitted June 27, 2011) is really an expression of their anger at being held to account for damages their pets caused to the beautiful leather furniture in the home. Guests notified maintenance late on a Friday that the A/C was not working after HVAC vendors had left for the weekend. HVAC rep was at the house on Tuesday am, and it took less than an hour to repair. All other items could easily have been immediately managed had guests called maintenance at the time, which they did not. While this home is outstanding, the views are exceptional. The last quest wrote: "We thoroughly enjoyed your wonderful home. It was great to relax on the back patio, take in the great views and watch the wildlife - quail, rabbits and odd coyote."
