A perfect home away from home. Loved the decor in all of the rooms and the granite counters and slate floors. They had their favorite recipes in the kitchen, W/D, awesome shower pressure, games, nintendo 64 for our kids, close to town and on the paths. Loved the pool and hot tub in the community building down the hall. We only could stay a few days in July but wish it was longer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

A truly wonderful apartment! Cannot recommend it highly enough. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The slopes are immediatedly accessible from the back door - if you were to fall off the ground floor patio, you would be on the 4 o'clock ski run - how cool is that!Did you find this review helpful? Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We are a family of four from Georgia with two teenagers. We enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. It is our hope to retire in Breckenridge one day.
Why the Owner Chose Tyra Summit:
We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because it is as ski in and ski out as you can get. You literally just walk out the door and down 3 steps to get to the 4 o'clock run. It is also very easy to ski back into at the end of the day. It is wonderful.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The property is in excellent condition. It has been completely remodeled and has many great features. The kitchen is extremely well stocked; feels just like a kitchen would at home. The living room, dining room and kitchen area are all very open so it is great for families to interact. It is on the bottom level, which makes it easy to get to. It is great in so many ways!
