Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, new condo at Islander Villas, located on top floor, with beautiful views of sunset from large deck. There are oceanview and intercoastal views from the same deck. Only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach!
There are 5 televisions: 4 with cable, as well as DVD/VCR. The condo is only a few steps from the beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, and only about 500 yards from large oceanfront pool, with hot tub and kiddie pool. The pool has an outside restaurant and bar, with reasonable pricing for relaxing days and nights. You must try the She Crab soup! The food is excellent!

We bought this property as an enjoyable investment. We are from the Charlotte area and enjoy coming to the beach as much as possible. It has been a wonderful retreat from the daily grind and a fabulous low key beach we enjoy with our family.
