  I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place to stay.What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will find when you enter the condo.We loved that eveyone had their own FULL bath and the closet and dresser space was perfect.The view from the deck was amazing and the deck was spacious.Also,the owner was gracious and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.If you love to cook,you will find the kitchen meets your needs,the bar was also an added plus for socializing with the cook but not getting in their way!I will recommend this place to family and friends in the future!! Thanks for a great weekend away!

  Stayed on a girls weekend and cannot say enough good things about this place!. Condo is great!!!!! For a condo the size is incredible!!!! Everything is so fresh and clean, the kitchen is so open and airy and the best part is every bedroom has its own personal bathroom. This truly is the BEST beach rental I have ever stayed in and will definitly be back!!!

  I stayed at this condo in April 2012. The place was absolutely gorgeous in a convenient short walk to the beach. The back porch was a nice view of the area and beach. The bright open space of the rooms made you feel very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed right at hand which made your stay feel like home. The best part of this picture perfect condo was the fact that each bedroom had a queen sized bed of great comfort, cable television, large closet space and its own full bathroom. The whole set up was not only immaculately clean, but the feeling of home and privacy made you want to continue your stay. I cannot wait to go back to this wonderful community with it's beautiful beach!

  I have had the pleasure of staying at this condo twice. Once in the spring for a girl's getaway weekend, and once in November for a family gathering. It is clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely! Because each bedroom has a private bath, there is plenty of privacy. Everything you need is right there, the kitchen is fully equipped, the dining table is a great size and the back porch is so relaxing! Ocean Isle Beach is just a short walk across the street and the area is great. We took a short drive to Calabash for a great dinner & shopping. Can't wait to go back!

  Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) takes me back thirty-five years when places such as Cherry Grove and Murrell's Inlet, SC were nice little havens AWAY from the hustle and bustle of Greater Myrtle Beach. OIB is nestled just north of Sunset Beach, NC and you and your family can enjoy the beach without feeling overwhelmed by the "crowd." On the other hand, you can easily drive to Calabash for great seafood or up to Shallotte for "stuff." And MB is but 30 minutes away. And we have come to love the Lowe's Foods grocery, Sharky's, and the "OIFC" as well as Nell's Diner for breakfast and "Jerry-O's" for fantastic New York-style pizza. We started out going to OIB for a week in the summers and then tried it over a long weekend a couple of years ago. With 50 to 60 degree sunshine, the Beach was incredible in January and February! But none of that would be the same without THIS Condo. Spacious and loaded with all of the comforts of home, and whether we go as a family of four with our pets, or as two families (splitting the cost), this unit is incredible. Situated just a short walk from the beach, and resting on the top floor of a 4-story structure (ground floor is for covered parking), the condo has steps (exercise?!) or an elevator to get people and things up and down easily. And being on TOP means no noise from neighbors above. The back porch/deck is roomy for sitting out and having a morning coffee or kicking back and drinking a cool beverage in the evening to watch the gorgeous sunset. It's an incredible view looking west toward Sunset Beach and the pretty, tree-lined waterway which feeds the salt marsh which "kisses" the coast--dotted with incredible homes. OIB--and THIS condo have become a "family tradition" for us. Summer rental includes club pool passes (just two blocks from your "nest") where you can cool off, hottub it, or enjoy a frozen "adult" beverage while the kids frolic/play with other children. The club also has a restaurant and the smells of awesome treats wafting from the open-air dining (overlooks the pool) BEGS you to order something off of the menu. Finally, and perhaps the most important thing... While staying at this unit, we met others who were renting in the same area/units--and compared "notes" regarding our "like" accommodations. As it turned out, OUR unit was FAR and ABOVE in the "Best Condition." No doubt! I truly think that when you arrive, you'll love it so much, you'll WANT to leave the unit better than how you found it!!!

  First I want to thank Martie for renting to us on such short notice. YOU ROCK MARTIE!! This Condo was great! It had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were good size and it was easy for my brother to get through in his Hover Round. Our dogs were accepted and they loved it! There was even a nice water and food bowel set for them to use. The balcony over looked this little pound and we watched the turtles swim and I think I even seen a shark in there. The area was quiet and the people were friendly. The condo is only steps from the beach and we were so excited to see a handicapped access to the beach so that my brother could go down to were the sand began. There was a TV in every room and there is a big screen in the living room that we really enjoyed. I brought my Wii and we played "Just Dance". The living room is spacious and we had no problem moving around when playing the game. We had all the cooking supplies we needed right there so we were able to fix a meal or 2 and spend a quiet evening in. My Family really enjoyed this condo and this beach. The owners are friendly and communication is great! I had tons of questions and Martie had all the answers. This place is a must see and your family will have all the comforts of home.

  What a wonderful condo! Our family loved spending Memorial Day Weekend here. The bedrooms are big and all of the accommodations are great. The views off of the deck in the mornings and evenings can't be beat. We'll certainly be back!!

  We had a wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this property!! It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach as well as access to the beach club with a huge pool when it gets too hot on the beach. Amazing sunset views from the large porch. Loved morning coffee on the porch while watching the turtles in the canal. The owners where very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely rent again!!!

  We have been staying at this condo for the past 4 years and have enjoyed every stay! The Condo is always clean and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the Beach, Pool and Tiki Bar! :-) Thanks for always being so easy to rent from as well! Highly Recommend renting this condo!

  The owner responded to inquiries and questions in a timely manner. The unit was just as the photos depicted - tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the surrounding area and beach where it is located. The great room has plenty of windows to take advantage of long range views. The kitchen is well stocked with items most would need. From the entrance porch, you can see the ocean. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.
