The master suite features a king sized bed and television, it has an adjoining full bathroom with walk in closets and a glass door opening to the lanai. The guest bedroom with its queen sized bed becomes a bathroom suite by closing the pocket doors for privacy. The kitchen is fully furnished for meal preparation and entertaining. A breakfast nook, dining room, and the lanai patio provide a variety of dining areas. The living room has a full sized sleeper sofa for overnight guests.

The tropical setting of the Falling Waters complex offers the largest swimming pool in southwest Florida, a beautiful club house with many activities, tennis and bocce courts, a putting green and miles of paved area for walking or bike riding. The condo is just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico beaches, the Naples Airport, downtown Naples, and only three miles from I-75.
