The rental unit is on the first floor but is 1 story off the ground for a great view, and it is accessible by elevator or stairs and is lavishly decorated. The greatroom has tile from the entrance to the large screened lanai.

The unit has beautiful wide crown molding and plantation shutters The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast nook overlooking the lake and fountain, a breakfast bar (separating the kitchen from the dining area and living area) with 2 bar stools, corrian counter tops, upgraded faucets, cabinets, and upgraded appliances, including a water filter on the side-by-side refrigerator.

The living room area includes a 50-foot large screen TV, kid-soft leather sofa, loveseat and extra-large lounge chair. The dining area includes a granite-top carved table and 4 chairs. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, reclining chair, chest with drawers, 2 night tables, lamps and TV with VCR. The second bedroom includes a trundle bed that sleeps 2, a large dresser with drawers lamps and TV.

Beautiful Ceiling fans with lights in all rooms. The full laundry roomm includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The patio has a ceiling fan, large table with 6 chairs and a weber electric grill. There is a drop shute for trash near the condo entrance door for convenient trash disposal.

The remote-door garage parks 2 cars and securely stores your bike, golfing and fishing equipment, or other fun toys.
