The unit was recently remodeled and has many upgraded features not found in most of the other units. But best of all it is located on the sunny West side (rain is a rare event here) of the Big Island, the Waikoloa Villas are right on the golf course. This ground floor unit is one of the nicest in the complex. Tastefully furnished, it has a lanai off the master bedroom as well as the living room, both with gorgeous views. A 42" LCD HDTV with DVR is in the living room.
Every attempt has been made to make your visit hassle free. Beach and pool equipment and even basic spices and seasonings are here. You can prepare your own meals, grab a hamburger or sandwich at a local fast food establishment or eat at the many world class restaurants in the area. The very best beaches are on this part of the island and provide the some of the best swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving you will find anywhere. It is easy to find a secluded spot for just yourself and enjoy privacy while you sun and swim.
You can play golf in the village or at one of the many acclaimed courses in the area. Take a yoga or pilates class or get a facial and massage at one of the nearby five star hotels. The village has great doctors and dentists. It also has a wonderful market with excellent meats and vegetables. It is a ten minute walk away if you feel like a little exercise.
There is a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, bank, grocery store, gas station, beauty shop, nail shop, video store, restaurants, food court and other retail shops in the Village shopping center, a 15 minute walk from the unit. More shopping is less than 5 minutes drive. The golf course clubhouse has a bar and restaurant. The unit has a selection of videos, CDs, DVDs, books and games for those times when you just want to stay at home and relax.

Weather, beaches, mountains, scenery, things to do, people. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place.
Weather is always perfect even when it rains. It's warm but not hot. Beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. Ocean is warm and clear for swimming, snorkeling and diving. It's like swimming in a well stocked aquarium with thousands of tropical fish and large turtles. Always something to do like rodeos, cherry blossom or coffee festivals, Hawaiian feast days, etc. Neighbors are great. Golf clubhouse is only a short walk (200 yards) away. Sailing, surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, hiking - the list is limitless.
