Stroll on the fantastic beach path past some of the most expensive real estate in Miami Beach. Or,if you are the more adventurous type, rent a boat, jet ski or other beach "toy" at Haulover Marina, just a 5 minute drive up the beach. Of course, you never have to leave the building to have a fantastic day.

This oceanfront building has a heated pool, exercise room, and FREE valet parking from 8:00am until midnight and laundry facilities on each floor. The unit comes equipped with all cotton bed linens, down comforters, dishes, stereo, High-speed Internet, local phone, TVs and DVD player, games, movies, music, books, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella - everything to make your stay perfect. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee.

Enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and living room and the balconies off both the Master bedroom and living room. Storage is no problem with multiple closets and a large walk-in closet in Master bedroom. Enjoy the provided music, movies, board games, books and beach equipment. Many beach activities are available including sail boats, jet skis, and parasailing only a 5 minute walk up the beach.
