Stroll on the fantastic beach path past some of the most expensive real estate in Miami Beach. Or,if you are the more adventurous type, rent a boat, jet ski or other beach "toy" at Haulover Marina, just a 5 minute drive up the beach. Of course, you never have to leave the building to have a fantastic day. This oceanfront building has a heated pool, exercise room, and FREE valet parking from 8:00am until midnight and laundry facilities on each floor. The unit comes equipped with all cotton bed linens, down comforters, dishes, stereo, TVs and DVD player, games, movies, music, books, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella - everything to make your stay perfect. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. Rentals typically run from Saturday to Saturday.
