Apartment has everything a visitor might want - and better yet, the location cannot be beat: a block from Noe Valley's 24th Street shopping district, with access to the J Church Muni line, the 24 and 48 bus routes, and even BART within walking distance. (One note: while the unit is a 1BR with separate bedroom and living areas, it is open-plan in that the bedroom does not have a door.)

Jan 01-Dec 31. $200/nt* for 2; add'l people $50 per person/nt (max 4 total).
Refundable security deposit of $250. Two-nt minimum for weekends.
Discounts available for longer stays, up to 28-nt maximum.
Applicable tax is 15% (14% SF hotel, 1% SF TID). $50 one-time cleaning fee.
Credit cards accepted via PayPal only. Cash accepted; also happy to take
a check if sent sufficiently in advance to clear.

We love living in Noe Valley! We have two young kids and have enjoyed having a separate legal unit on our property for the grandparents to use when they visit. In fact, we enjoy it so much we want to make the convenience available to others in the neighborhood, which is how we decided to make our in-law unit available as a vacation rental! :)

Our guest unit is actually quieter than the main unit where we reside, because the guest unit faces almost entirely on our enclosed, private, peaceful garden.
