Each room is decorated with local artwork and famous Catalina tiled walls. The unit's 2 spacious bedrooms include a king size bed in the Master and two twin-sized beds. The Master bath has a large bathtub for two and the second bathroom has a shower. A woodburning fireplace in the spacious living serves as a cozy or romantic gathering room for your retreat. For your meetings, workshops or larger family gatherings, there is a large private meeting room facility on the premises. A wrap rounnd balcony is accessible from each room overlooking white water and mountain views. You will find this the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset with your friends, family or co-workers.
In addition, Hamilton Cove gated community, provides numerous amenities. There is 24 hour security, a heated oceanfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a first-class exercise room, tennis courts and croquet. There is also a private sandy and rocky beach with barbeque facilities and a private boat slip for those that arrive in their own vehicle.
The unit includes its own golf cart that seats 6 which is really important since there are only a few private cars allowed on the island. Parking is conveniently located near the unit.
