Immaculate 1250 square foot beachfront condominium with 260 square foot private terrace located at Santa Cruz beach in Bahias de Huatulco. The condo is located in the new, luxurious "Ocean Park" Condominium building in Santa Cruz village across the street from the town zocalo (park), and adjacent to the marina where tour and charter boats are available for fishing and sightseeing.
There are numerous restaurants and shops, including an artisan's marketplace steps away and public telephones in the park across the street. Excellent snorkeling, diving and fishing opportunities are right outside the door. Tangolunda Golf Course, rated one of the best public courses in Mexico is a 5 minute cab ride away. There are 36 beaches, some very isolated- all very beautiful in the immediate area of Bahias de Huatulco.
The condo is air conditioned and tastefully furnished complete with all amenities and cookware. There is satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom featuring Spanish and English language channels- HBO, ESPN, etc. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds.
The master bath is tiled with a full sized bathtub and separate vanity room. The second bath is tiled with a walk-in shower. The living room and master bedroom feature beach views. The beach is about 50 steps from the entrance to the building. There is gated, off street parking and a full time building manager on site.

We are a retired couple living in the U.S. We are golfers and love the warm Mexican winters.
Why the Owner Chose Huatulco
We have been coming to Huatulco for 20 years and in 2010 decided to make it our permanent winter home. We love the wonderful restaurants, shopping, beautiful beaches, friendly people and small town atmosphere. There are lots of fun night spots for dancing and it's safe to wander around in the evenings. We are also only 20 minutes from the airport.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo has a wonderful view of the surrounding area, we are close to restaurants shopping and the beach. Taxi cabs are everywhere so it's easy to get from place to place and they are very reasonably priced.

The seaside location is romantic and very safe to swim, snorkel, and scuba. We ate at inexpensive restaurants serving excellent food, at the shore. We could visit here every year and never see all that Huatulco and the surrounding towns can provide. I love the amenities provided at the condo and the friendly office provided for all of our needs, on a momentary basis. We were so pleased to finally find a condo that exceeded our high expectations and gave us a beautiful view of the bay and park while we barbequed on our spacious patio. We will return and long for the day we can do so.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We rented this lovely condo for a second time from Nov 15 to Dec 15 and were pleasantly surprised at the nice improvements by the new owners. Some effective painting with color, more kitchen equipment, new plants on patio, serveral new lamps, and great floats for the pool or ocean all added to an even better vaction. This condo is in such a perfect location and only a few steps from Santa Cruz beach. The staff at Ocean Park condo has even improved ! Rebeca now tends to all of our needs from the front desk and she does a suberb job, from calling taxis to helping me find just want I need in town. She even taught me how to make Mexican rice ! The new owners are very helpful and we stayed in touch by email. I certainly would recommend this condo; we just love it !

Our group just returned from 2 weeks at the condo - it was excellent! The codo is very beautiful and well equiped - the BBQ a bonus since others we talked to did not have a BBQ in their condo although we only ended up using it a few times as we went out quite a bit. The property is very well maintained and clean - the staff are fantastic. We ended up spending most mornings on the Santa Cruz beach - a great beach - and some afternoons by the pool - can get crowded as it's a small area. All the shops & restaurants in Santa Cruz & La Crucecita are within walking distance/short cab ride. No disappointments :)
