Your luxurious vacation home includes seven bedrooms,each uniquely decorated, seven and a half baths, and can comfortably sleep 20... perfect for a family reunion! From the lighted waterfall under the entry way to the ten person hot tub overlooking the Beaver Pond, you will feel pampered at every turn.

In the living room, the massive stone gas fireplace feels wonderful after a day on the slopes. If you feel like cooking, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high output commercial cooktop, double oven, and two dishwashers awaits you. On the floor below,another family room with projection TV/Surrond sound/DVD; bar with refrigerator/Microwave warmed by gas stove.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 11/01/2005 You can't call Cassa Mille Anno a cabin, or even a lodge -- It’s a palace, and luxurious far beyond the dens where this bear typically sleeps. Every aspect of this beautiful mountain home has been carefully planned to maximize comfort and convenience. Quiet bedrooms with private bathrooms provide peaceful retreats even with a large group, and the common areas, hot tub, and projection T.V. are spacious enough for a large group to congregate without feeling the least bit crowded. The in-floor heating keeps the large interior space cozy, and practically begs you to walk around bearfoot. The gourmet kitchen, three full size refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double oven and an expansive range make cooking for a crowd seem almost effortless.

Almost unbelievably, the outside is even more beautiful than the inside. Cassa Mille Anno is nestled in a forest paradise with ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes, hiking paths, and even a beaver pond. It snowed during our stay, blanketing everything in a carpet of white glory.

The master bedroom is nearly a palace in its own right with appointments not usually found in even five-star hotels, such as a private balcony over-looking the beaver pond, a private fireplace, and bedding by Waterford. Add to that an oversized Jacuzzi tub and a combined double-shower/steam room, and you may want to hibernate here the entire winter.

My entire bear clan had an indescribably wonderful visit, and the mamas, papas and cubs all agreed that Cassa Mille Anno is unsurpassed in luxury, comfort, and fun.
