Enjoy the surroundings at Summit Condominiums - beautiful, mountain units at the top of Ski Run Boulevard within half mile to the lifts at Heavenly Valley.

This three bedroom condo (two bedrooms plus a fully-enclosed loft) is located right in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. We are just blocks from Heavenly Valley's California Main Lodge, the beach, shopping, the casinos, entertainment, and restaurants. Fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, boating, bike trails, golf, horseback riding or a lazy day on the beach are minutes away.

The condo is beautiful - decorated with a mountain theme and spacious enough to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes. The surroundings are incredible -- bordered by the National Forest -- a great place for the kids to play and adults to take in the scenery.

Our condo sits directly across from the clubhouse also! It's a great place for friends and family to gather, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, play pool, exercise and/or play ping-pong. It also has a large dining area and community kitchen for larger gatherings.

Summit Condos are larger than the average Ski Run condos (over 1300 square feet!) and more modern with tremendous amenities. Please call or e-mail for more photos or information.
