This condo was perfect for our family. The pool area was great and the private beach is just a short walk across the street. The condo has beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, and enough beach towels, too, which were nice touches. The condo was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only downside was the complex had construction and painting going on, but it didn't stop of us from enjoying every minute of our vacation!

We love this place! Dan could not have been nicer, attentive and flexible. Loved the surprise dinner. We love the location and it is close to amenities yet far enough away from the crowds. The beach is wonderful. We did have to deal with the construction on outside of building but Dan was ever so apologetic and we dealt with it. Will return again.

We found this condo at the last minute. I think there must have been a cancellation. We had a wonderful stay. The place was as described. It was clean and well stocked with things we needed to prepare our own meals. The location was good. The beach is just across the street. It was also a car ride away from many local attractions. Thanks for a brief reprieve from our Michigan winter .

This complex and unit are exactly as described and well furnished and maintained. Its location makes it easy to travel to just about anyplace locally you would want to visit. One small issue we had was addressed promptly by the owner in a friendly manner. We've already discussed staying here in the future, hopefully in the near future.

This condo was a great choice for our family Christmas vacation. Very well appointed and very clean. The beach was just steps away. Grandchildren had a great time in the pool and looking for shells on the beach. Great shopping and Sanibel only a few miles away. Close to RSW airport. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Owner is local and great to work with. You will not be disappointed with this unit.

We were guests of Daniel's condo from 12/15/12 to 12/22/12. The condo was the perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and 2 children . It was large and very clean. Daniel was very accommodating with arrangements and tips on the area. The huge screened in lanai offered a wonderful bonus space to gather. There were plenty of beach chairs and other items for the guests to use during the stay. We really loved the heated pool and quick access to the beach across the street. Thanks Daniel , we will be back. Donna and Dave and family

Vacation for Dad

Last year was my first vacation with my dad...just the 2 of us. He is my hero...he is legally blind but manages to care for my mother, mentally handicap sister and his 95 yr old mother. My husband said if my parents are not able to go somewhere that I should take my dad. So last year we went to Naples and this year Fort Myers Beach. This place was awesome. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. This trip was the most relaxing and enjoyable. I have spread the word that if you want a luxury time away that this is the place to go!

Very nice condo

We were a group of guys coming down to Fort Myers for the Roy Hobbs tournament. We found this listing at Bella Lago and signed up for it. Overall, the condo worked very nicely for us. It was clean, comfortable and contained creature comforts such as a 55" or 60" flat screen and sound system. Great for watching the World Series in our down time. For those of you that are not familiar with FM Beach, this condo complex is newer and pretty far South on Estero BLVD. It worked well for us in late October when things are quiet on the island. If you are staying "in season" just realize that the traffic heading into the commercial district to the North might be significant. If you are looking for a nice quiet place, this is a great option.

Owner response: I dont know of any vacation rental area that doesnt have some congestion "in season". What makes this location so nice is that you are away from the congestion "in season" and its quieter, you can jump on the trolly for $0.50 and be at the north end of island where the action is.

I liked the large master bedroom and bath. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Loved the kitchen facilities, large television and quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful for Families!

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and I'm not sure if I can express in words how wonderful our vacation was. This condo is GORGEOUS! The Master has a huge bathroom and two huge closets. We didn't feel that we were living out of a suitcase ever. My husband and I visited with my 16 month old son and my father. My dad fully enjoyed the 2nd room and my son was in the third room with a crib (we rented). We used the full size kitchen every day along with the washing and drying machine. The home is very baby proof which I truly appreciated. The pool is a 2 minute walk away and it was perfect. Full size with tons of chaise lounges. Everything was very clean and neat. Not one detail was missed. We would love to come back!

This was the first time we use VBRO and we weren't disappointed, this condo is spacious and spotless. The little extra's that the owner does is great, from the Pasta dinner the first night to the beach toys. We hope to be back next year.

If your looking for a clean and spacious condo, this is the place for you. This is the first time we have used VBRO and we were spoiled. The extra touches that the owner does from the Pasta dinner to beach toys. The condo is beautiful. We hope to rent again next summer.There are plenty of things for the family to do on the island and off.

My family has a really nice time. Across the street from the condo, if you a nature lover the beach had many different birds, many kinds of crabs and lot of different shells. It was the quiet part of the beach and we all liked it. There were alot of places to go such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers Pier and Bowditch Point. Thomas Edison and Henry Fords summer home and museum in Ft. Myers was interesting too. I would come back again. Thanks.

The condo was beyond our expectations. It is beautiful and very well equipped. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The "extra touches" make the stay (I won't mention them here so it doesn't ruin the surprise). Everything you need is provided, even for the trips to the pool and beach. You won't regret choosing this condo for your vacation!

We traveled to Fort Myers for a little summer get away and could not have been more pleased with the spacious, beautiful condo that we were welcomed too. It has a great layout, and the owner has included everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach is across the street. It is also only about 10 minutes from the downtown action where there are several great restaurants and entertainment. We brought our little ones and they loved it as well! I would recommend this condo not only was it wonderful but the owner was so easy to work with and even treated us to a pasta dinner the first night! Great place!!

I would definitely recommend this property if you are used to nice accomodations. The condo was clean and in extremely good condition. You never know what you are going to get with beach properties and this one was wonderful and beyond expectations! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The owner was very accomodating and called while we were staying to bring over games and videos. Grocery store, drug store, food places....all close by. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook in every once in a while. Sleeping accomodations were perfect. If safety is a question, no need to worry with this place. You need a code or key to get in every door. We will definitely be back!

If your looking for a clean, quite, elegant and spacious condo for vacation, then this rental is for you. Owner adds lots of personal touches to make you feel welcome. We had no problems with the thermostat or adjusting the settings. We had everything we needed as promised to make this home for the week we were there. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room. The pool, spa and exercise room were lovely as promised. Perfect location to everything. We could enjoy the quite, romantic aspect of our location or walk to the other areas of Fort Myers beach for night life. Don't hesitate to chose this for your vacation home at Fort Myers.

The unit was immaculate and spacious enough for the 6 of us. Location was perfect as we spent a day at Captiva and a day in Naples and it was a short commute to both. We spent a day at the Holiday Inn and the Ft Myers beaches which we preferred over the Bella Lago beach access....The pool was nice, but unfortunately it was closed for 1 1/2 days while we were there. We would definitely stay at your property again in the future as we loved the location and access to everything we like in Bonita, Ft Myers, and Naples. My only suggestions would be to leave instructions on how to override the 80 degree temperature that we had in the unit quite often (it would get very warm in there), and to think about upgrading TV's in the bedrooms...espec the two guest rooms. The unit owner and the rental agency were very responsive to my questions and needs. I would highly recommend this unit to others.

Excellent Condo!

I stayed in this condo for 1 week with my family (including 3 small children). Everything was perfect: 1. Location: across from the beach means a short walk across the street. Don't waste your money staying on the beach! The location of this unit on the property is excellent! 2. Ammenities: new carpet, new TV in LR, new Dining Room. Washer and dryer were great! 3. Cleanliness: 5 stars. Not a spec of dirt or dust in this unit 4. Space: 3 spacious bedrooms. The master is huge, with huge closets. We rented a crib and there was more than enough space for our family, with 3 kids. 5. In December, the pool was in the shade for part of the morning. That was fine for us because I didn't want our small children in the sun all day. However, if you are seeking sun all day, you'll need to go across the street to the beach. Also, this unit is on the 2nd floor and close to the elevator, very convenient. The garage is the 1st floor. The entries are secure, safety simply wasn't a concern. The only negative thing I can say is that the lanai was shaded for most of the day. I would have liked to enjoy the sun from our balcony.
