Hello!
Jim and I have acquired another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the Silverado II Complex. So, for those of you that need two units, Yeah!! ( Our other unit is listing # 5358)
The condo will sleep 7 comfortably (queen in the master and a full under a twin bunk bed as well as a single twin bed) If you do need a little more sleeping room, the sofa does pull out. There are excellent views of the ski area from both bedrooms and we have left the fireplace in working order so you may burn real wood and firelogs.
The Silverado II complex features an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, weight/work-out room, underground parking, bar, restaurant, game room, and a full service ski shop. Winter Park Resort is a five minute free shuttle ride from the building, and town is a short walk down the hill. The complex is also equipped with wireless internet access.

Why the Owner Chose Silverado II
We moved to Winter Park after finishing graduate school. It was close to Denver and had the best skiing around. We can always count on the snow here.

We have lived and played in Winter Park for over 25 years. Our children were born here. Jim teaches private lessons at the ski area and is alpine and telemark certified. I manage all of these properties!!
