This canal view apartment facing the Rio della Verona at 5 minutes’ walk from the Fenice Lyrical Theatre is composed by a large double bedroom, a spacious living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living area and it has 2 tables, one for breakfast and one for dinner. The flat is extremely ring on a second floor and it is has a private street entrance that is shared only with the second apartment we manage in this building (APT B) that can be rented together for larger family groups. This flat is equipped with a second single bed that can be a arranged in the living area. We also provide the apartment with a baby cot and high chair for a child under 4yrs old. The flat has internet connection both Wi-Fi and ADSL, mobile air conditioning unit, central heating, a flat screen TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
