  We made an excellent choice in using this condo. It is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The owner was great to work with and made everything very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

  My wife and I absolutely loved our time here. I am in the military and we were spending a week in the Pensacola area so i could take care of some things at NAS Pensacola. The condo was as advertised, the furniture, appliances etc... are very nice. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, easy commute to the base, and very close to grocery stores for stocking the fridge. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

  We very much enjoyed are stay at this condo, the kitchen is very nice. .The owners are very easy to work with. The beach is amazing and so is the local restaurants. You will enjoy your time here. We will be back. Thanks Lisa

  The Condo was nice but could have been cleaner and better stocked with towels ( both bath and dish ), and also you would assume since it was on the 4th floor it would be quieter but not so, you could hear people walking from bottom floors at all times of the night which kept us awake at times. I emailed Priscilla and she did say she would look into the cleanliness concerns about the condo. It was our first time to Perdido Key we usually always go to Destin, Navarre, or Fort Walton Area but wanted to try some place new. I must say we were disappointed with the area as well, the water was not as blue or clear. My daughter in-law was stung by a sting ray and she was very close to shore, and of course there were jelly fish stings also but you couldn't see them because of the water. The vacation was not a total flop, we still enjoyed the beach and just spending time togeather. But honestly None of us would visit the area again. There hasn't been a recent review so that is why I'am leaving one. I usually don't rent on VRBO unless there has been a recent review.

  Owner response: As owner of only one condo on beautiful Perdido Key, I have always taken great pride in keeping it clean, attractive and comfortable. In the last several months we completely refurnished both bedrooms and the dining area with very attractive furniture. Our guest book is full of rave reviews. Unfortunately, this year we have had a rainy summer and those who visit the Gulf often are aware that the water gets churned up and becomes temporarily unclear. Typically our water is crystal clear and coke-bottle green; and our beaches are the whitest of any in the world. Being almost adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore is a great advantage as it provides miles of uninhabited beach to explore, fish, bike, or hike. We do not ever have to fight for a spot on the beach. What a national treasure! I live near the condo and if there is a problem I take care of it immediately. Wanting all renters to be completely satisfied, we appreciate all communications to correct any issue. This is a small condo complex, so there are other people in the building, however, our condo is located on the 4th floor away from all the traffic, and is one of the quietest location in the building. My goal is that our condo will be the most outstanding unit in Grand Caribbean, where renters can come to relax and enjoy this piece of paradise.

  My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 boys. It had everything we needed, was well kept and was a great price. Located very near the Gukf Islands National Seashore, one can step onto our white sand and walk east for miles of uninhabited beach for fishing, shell collecting and bird watching. What a rare find these days! And just a short drive west all the typical beach activities may be found. The best of both world's!

  This condo was just as Priscilla has listed it. Very clean and kitchen updated. My husband and I had a great time for our 30th anniversary. We will recommend it to other people. Tacky Jacks at Fort Morgan is a great place to eat. Thanks Priscilla for sharing your condo with us.
