Three bedroom, two bath upstairs with mother-in-law room on ground level with full bath, air conditioning, and Cable. Each floor also has outside restrooms and showers (Covered). TV with remote in all bedrooms. Newly renovated - since Ivan.

Located next to Tacky Jacks Pub and across street from Calypsos (Orange Beach Marina). Half mile to Boggy Point boat launch and three miles to Beach (half mile by water). Pier to fish on and tie boat.

Great room with attached Kitchen with tile. One bedroom on main level with bathroom. Two bedrooms on second floor with bathroom. New carpet and paint in 2005. Large sundeck on both levels. Ground room is basic with full bath. Also has air conditioning and cable with double bed. Room for trailer parking. NO PHONE.

  • Noce location, next to a Marina and restaurant. Home is open and nice deck to sit and see boats go by. Large Master Bedroom upstairs with deck also.

  • We enjoyed a family reunion of sorts over Christmas staying on Cotton Bayou. It was great!! The house is in a good location right on the water. We had our small sailboat there and sailed every day. The house isn't fancy but met our needs. The upper 3 bedrooms were good. The bottom floor bedroom wasn't used as there was no heat, and it was a little musty, might be ok in the summer as it has AC. The owner was very cooperative and always available on the phone for questions. I would like to stay there again and can recommend it.
