Great location in the heart of the White Mountains, across from the new South Mountain at Loon. There is shuttle service to Loon and it is just a short drive to Cannon, Bretton Woods and Waterville.
In summer, enjoy swimming in the Pemigewasset river, across the street or on-site in the outdoor pool. Franconia Notch, with all of it's attractions, is only minutes away. The condo is newly remodeled, with two floors of comfortable living space and 2 decks with gorgeous mountain views. On the first floor, there is a living room with a gas fireplace, a full kitchen and dining area and two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and each with their own full bath.
The upstairs is a huge loft with two separate sleeping sections, a TV area and another full bath. The condo is equipped with everything you will need, including DSL and air conditioning. There is a hot tub, exercise and game room, and full service front desk on-site, and guests have access to a nearby health club, with an indoor pool. Perfect for families or a large group.
Santa's Village is a 30 minute drive away and is open on weekends til Christmas.
