Brand new for 2006, our luxury villa occupies a very tranquil location on the main Rotonda freshwater canal, which attracts an abundance of wildlife. The poolside is South facing for maximum sun, from sunrise to sunset. The villa has a huge Lanai or covered porch area, to provide shade when you choose, with ceiling fans for a cooling breeze, whilst you relax and observe the wildlife or dine outdoors. The 30 x 15 feet electric heated pool has an extended deck, measuring some 62 x 20 feet, affording generous sunbathing area's at either end of the pool, and is housed in an aluminium mesh screened cage, all overlooking the main Rotonda freshwater canal which attracts an abundance of Wildlife. You are very likely to see Osprey, Egrets, Woodstorks, Blue Herons, Buzzard, Turtles, Armadillo, Fox, Wild Boar, Bobcat and Alligator, to name but a few. Maybe also a very occassional Kayak or Pontoon will cruise by, probably containing a couple of "Old timers"

Our home is decorated in natural tones, very comfortably furnished and maintained in pristine condition by ourselves, with the help of our Locally based Management team who are on hand should they be needed during your visit.

The Great room, Master bed, Guest bed, and Informal Dining area, all overlook the pool, and have sliding glass doors out to the pool and Lanai area, which is furnished with ample outdoor furniture and Gas BBQ Grill. The twin (childrens) Bedroom does not have direct access to the pool area. We have a pool safety barrier which can be errected to help protect the safety of youngsters.

The pristine white sandy beaches, along the Gulf of Mexico, are amongst the best anywhere, with a selection within 10 to 15 minutes drive.

We have a cool box, beach towels, loungers/chairs and sun umbrella
for trips to the beach, along with two adult bicycles for exploring the area.
