Welcome sports enthusiasts, this home is located one mile from the happening place of the "new" Glendale facilities...Cardinal Stadium home of the Cardinals Football Team, Glendale Arena home of the Phoenix Coyotes, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping and so much more!

Our home is 1000+ square feet,located on three fenced and gated acres with mature citrus and pine trees with a two bedrooms, one bath with ceramic tile throughout and carpeted bedrooms. A fully equipped full-size kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar, living room with TV/DVD and stereo, gym equipment. Included is a covered patio for BBQ and shared swimming pool. RV parking too!

The large master suite includes a king-sized bed, TV, and walk-in closet, sitting area. The secondary bedroom includes a bunk bed with single (top) and double (below), closet. Each room has ceiling fans. All bed linens, kitchenware, and utilities are provided. Fenced back yard offers, putting green, children's play equipment, diving pool with waterfall. Covered patio and patio furniture.

Rate Information:
$300 Non-refundable RENTAL deposit at the time of your reservation which will be applied to your rent, final payment due 30 days prior to check in, (payable by certified bank check, money order, or travelers checks). A $150 Separate non-refundable cleaning fee.

Your security deposit will be mailed to you within 15 days after an inspection of the property has been made, providing no damages or theft of contents has occured.

CANCELLATION POLICY: $300 RENTAL DEPOSIT is non-refundable. All monies become forfeited and non-refundable should the home not be re-rented. If the home is re-rented 50% of the rent monies will be refunded.
